From the hallway guests can access the lounge and bedroom. The bedroom of this modern one-bedroom apartment has the added benefit of an ensuite shower room with a basin. The large kitchen/living area of the apartment has the added benefit of a separate dining table and large sofa. The kitchen leads to the best feature of this apartment - a quirky bathroom. This bathroom is accessed through a small door and boasts a feature bath, perfect for relaxing in after a long day.

Each apartment in Laurel House benefits from a Smart HDTV, workspace with convenient sockets, free wifi, washing/drying machine and warm lighting.
