LAYOUT: Climbing the exterior staircase we will access the upper floor. As soon as we enter we will find an open space where the dining room and the living room differ. The first consists of a table and chairs with capacity for all the guests on this floor. The dining room itself has very good panoramic views. The living room, consisting of a chaise longue sofa with capacity for all guests, will allow us to enjoy and spend time with family and friends. On this same floor is the fully equipped American kitchen with all the necessary elements to prepare magnificent meals. On the same floor there is a bedroom with a double sofa bed and a bathroom with shower. On this floor there is also a toilet. On the lower floor, which we can access by the internal staircase, we will have access to the other three bedrooms of the villa, two with double bed and one with a single bed. On this floor we have access to a bathroom with bathtub.
EXTERIOR: The stairs lead us to the pool surrounded by sun loungers and hammocks along with a chill out area to enjoy the sun and the Mediterranean climate. On the other side, to our left, there is an outside dining table and chairs under a pergola. In this same space is the barbecue. Another terrace is located near the matrimonial suite. The garden is organized around the property and offers various possibilities to each guest according to their wishes.
SITUATION: Villa Amelia offers magnificent views, in a quiet and residential area of Teulada. It is a few minutes drive from the beach and restaurants and entertainment areas in the area.
