The second bedroom contains a queen bed, a dressing room, a TV, a bathroom with a rain shower and sink. Both bedrooms share a separate toilet with a sink in the hall.
On the opposite side, you will find the dining and kitchen area joined together by the private patio. It's the perfect place to relax after a busy shopping day or enjoying a special dinner at home looking at the vertical green garden.
The kitchen area is sleek and modern and the walls have been brought back to the original exposed limestone. These gorgeous walls coupled with the oiled oak floors and the modern kitchen, create a unique and stylish ambiance.
A contemporary staircase leads from the living area to the lower level. Please kindly note that this staircase in recommend for adults only and children of minimum 8 years old.

Le Marais district has the historic side located at the north. Contrasting with all the historic buildings is the modern Centre Pompidou.

A few minutes walk from the apartment, Le Marché des Enfants Rouges is one of the most typical parisien markets where it is good to walk around and enjoy the terraces for a weekend brunch.

The building is secure and has a private entrance. The apartment is located on the ground floor. The apartment is located in the heart of Paris, in the authentic and trendy district of le Haut Marais. Embodying both the charm of ancient times and the modernity of the metropolis, we love to get lost in the cobbled streets with its many design shops and trendy restaurants.
- Please note the apartment is located on the ground floor and gives out on to the street. The door is secure with a sturdy lock.
- The stairwell leading down to the third bedroom has a low ceiling and large steps. Please be careful when going down these.
- Please note the bedroom downstairs has no windows and a stone ceiling. There is AC and dehumidifiers provided.
- The AC on the upper floor are portable units.
- Please be aware that property is not suitable for infant's under age of 5 years old.
