Delightful 3BR Sliema APT Near Promenade

This is a beautiful 3BR APT located in the charming town of Sliema, Malta. The APT boasts a prime location just steps away from the picturesque promenade, offering breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea. The spacious living area is perfect for entertaining and features modern amenities such as a fully-equipped kitchen, comfortable furnishings, AC's and a beautiful private terrace.

With its central location, this APT is the perfect base for exploring all that Sliema and Malta have to offer.

NOTE: ACs are coin-operated, and the coin meter is reduced to half the rate of what generally electricity is worth. 2/3 Euros would do good to around 4-5 Hours worth.

Living Spaces| A front terrace equipped with tables and chairs where our guests can enjoy and relax their mornings with coffee and tea! Also, the apartment is equipped with a dining part, a sofa looking at the TV (Connected to the internet), and also a very comfy bed.

Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils necessary to fix a good meal! The kitchen also boasts an oven and an electric hub.

Bedrooms| 3 Bedrooms where 1 is a double bed another with 2 single beds and another with 1 single bed.

Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night's sleep, all linens provided are of the highest quality and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we will also provide and prepare the bed accordingly.

Bathrooms| 2 full bathrooms.

Laundry| Apartments have access to washing machines, cleaning equipment, iron, iron board, toiletries, and anything our guests would require to make their stay that much more special.

24/7 Access to all the amenities of the apartment. All the apartment has air-conditioning and wifi!

Very important notes before booking:

1. ACs are coin-operated, and the coin meter is reduced to half the rate of what generally electricity is worth. 2/3 Euros would do good to around 4-5 Hours worth.

2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbors, especially with respect to avoiding extra noise. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.

3. During the lovely summer season, although he sanitizes, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate, but we provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

4. An early check-in can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

5. Check-ins are done either by one of our team or by a self-check-in where we will send you all the details beforehand.

6. Waste schedule is given during the check-in and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

7. What is included in the apartment? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

8. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATSUP group with all the persons involved there so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people registered within the booking.

EXTRA NOTES:

Keep the place reasonably clean and tidy and leave the kitchen clean (no dirty dishes). If not please note additional cleaning may be charged depending on what we find.

The toilet system locally is very effective, however if anything other than toilet paper it could result in clogging the system. If this happens charges for repairs will be occurred.

Extensive mould in all bathrooms two dangerous electrical sockets no sign of a cleaner Third bedroom cramped and tiny. Very noisy five out of nine night through to 3am Sold as a family let it was really a language student accommodation have evidence to prove all above So over priced not worth the money
