This first floor flat is accessed by a flight of stairs before you enter into a spacious hallway with space for hanging coats & shoes. Immediately, you are greeted by an open plan living, kitchen and dining space. The dining table seats 6 & there's a comfortable sofa to relax & watch the flat screen TV. Double glass doors open onto a Juliet balcony to enable you to enjoy the stunning waterfront views & watch the estuary wildlife & activity go by.

The master bedroom has a double bed and floor-to-ceiling windows that make the most of the estuary views. This large room includes plenty of wardrobe space as well as an ensuite bathroom complete with a shower & toilet.

The second bedroom has twin beds which can be configured as a super king and a generous amount of wardrobe space. The main bathroom is also generously proportioned, complete with a bath and overhanging shower.

The apartment comes with one dedicated parking space within the secure complex, however there is further on-street parking and paid car parks close by for additional vehicles.

Recommended for: It’s perfect for a holiday with friends or family.

Favourite feature: The money-can’t-buy views of the water and easy access to the market town’s shops, cafes and restaurants. There's a slipway nearby where you can launch boats, kayaks & paddleboards. In addition, it's a fifteen minute drive to gorgeous sandy beaches.

About a holiday in the South Hams

The South Hams is famously one of the most beautiful parts of the UK and a popular holiday destination. Kingsbridge is a historic market town that also has the benefit of having an active residential community, giving rise to a welcoming, warm atmosphere, and lots of boutique shops and restaurants to explore. The apartment is perfectly positioned just a few steps from the popular Crabshell Inn – a gastro pub that’s well known for its fresh baked pizzas, its daytime deli lunches and as the perfect spot for a sunset drink. It’s also just a five minute (flat) walk along the water’s edge to the centre of town. Kingsbridge is only a short drive from the sailing town of Salcombe as well as a variety of beautiful beaches including Bantham, North Sands, South Milton and many more.

Please note: There is potential for occasional noise from the Crabshell Inn during the summer months.

Wonderful apartment overlooking the estuary/ria

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully equipped apartment. It was certainly one of the best we have stayed in with a lovely sunny aspect over the estuary which kept the flat nice and warm. Everything appeared to have been thought of and we could find fault at all. Beautifully clean with beds/linen of high quality. Very spacious and very close to the centre of Kingsbridge. There is so much to do in the area whether walking, visiting beaches or travelling around. We highly recommend.

Our return to Devon

A well designed and beautifully kept property. Very spacious and comfortable with spectacular views of the estuary. Ideal for mature patrons with a pleasant stroll along the Embankment to town

Comfortable and convenient

The property was very well equipped comfortable and in a good location both in Kings ridge and for South Hams with a good view of the estuary. Recommended

Our stay

Lovely spacious apartment, fantastic position, always something going on out on the water. Kingsbridge is a thriving town. Plenty of places to eat and have coffee. Lots of independent shops to spend browsing. Close to Dartmouth and Salcombe. We loved our stay and hope to return next year.

The most beautiful property

This apartment is beautiful, the view is worth a million £ and the rooms are spacious and clean. Kingsbridge is a nice little town and the crab shell inn pub is next door and serves lovely fresh food all day. Salcome is not too far and neither is the lovely Avon mill garden centre with the best scones in Devon!!! The beds are comfortable, the neighbours were quiet, the property had lots of extras like washing tablets nice towels etc. Definitely worth staying here I loved every second.
