From the living room you exit on to the balcony where you have views over the 2 communal pools. The Kitchen has a breakfast bar for seating for 2 persons.
The bedroom has a King-sized bed with 2 wall mounted bedside units , a sideboard at the end of the bed, built in wardrobes and air-conditioning unit.
The bathroom has a walk in shower with glass screen, toilet and modern monochromatic vainity with sink and mirror.

The Neighborhood:
Punta Prima has a large variety of Bars, restaurants within 5 minutes walk from the apartment and a large supermarket. You are also a few minutes’ walk from the nearest beach and the Nautilus Restaurant which is known for its seafood and views out to the sea. Also in the area you have Mini golf, Go Karting and 4 golf courses in a 30 min radius. La Zenia Boulevard is just down the N332 at la Zenia and is currently the largest shopping centre in the Alicante province. You can use Alicante/ El Altet or Murcia International Airport to get to the property. This apartment is on the bus route and has links to get into Torrevieja Town and from there you can go into Alicante City and its main bus interchange as well as Alicante Airport. There is also a local bus service which will take you to Zenia Boulevard

Getting Around:
This property is close to the bus route but we cars are recommended to get out and about and explore the surrounding area.

Other Things to Note:
Pool opening hours are 10:30 to 15:30 and 17:00 to 21:00 in Winter and 10.30-15.30 and 17.00-23.00 in Summer. Check-in is from 16:00h and check-out is 11:00.
Please be aware that any arrivals between the 21:00 and 09:00 are subject to a 30€ late meet and greet fee which is paid locally upon arrival.
