Charming one bedroom apartment is situated in a primary location, only steps away from the famous Boulevard de la Croisette, the beach and Palais de Festival. You will love staying here during the MIPIM, Cannes Film Festival, LIONS and the other conferences and congresses in Cannes! Ideal for both tourists and delegates!

This cozy one bedroom apartment is on the 3rd with an elevator. It holds 50m2 up to four people. It features an open space living room with convertible sofa combined with a dining area, one bedroom with sea view and bathroom. If you are looking for a safe and lively neighbourhood with quick and easy access to all popular sites then this is YOUR place!

Provided during your stay:

- Personal check-in where you will receive the keys for the apartment
- Wireless unlimited high-speed internet available in the entire apartment

Please share your time of arrival. Check-in time is from 16.00 until 21.00. Late check-in is possible for an extra fee from 21.00 until midnight - 20 EUR after midnight - 40 EUR

Our apartments are always thoroughly cleaned after every stay. This cleaning includes the elimination of germs causing many common viruses. Feel free to ask us more about our cleaning procedure. Your safety during your stay is our priority!
