Our Ormeau Park Residence is a large 4-bed terrace property and provides the perfect home away from home. It is fully equipped with all the essential amenities required for a self-catering stay in Belfast. The homely living space provides the perfect place to rest and watch tv after a day of sightseeing. High-speed WIFI, a Sonos audio system, online streaming services are all included.

The kitchen is equipped with a hob.oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and includes all utensils needed for your catering needs.

The 4 bedrooms, sleeping a maximum 8 guests comfortably, is ideal for families or larger groups. Bathrooms offer underfloor heating. Guests can avail of the private back garden with seated patio area.

Excellent weekend break - would recommend this property!

A beautiful spacious house, 7 friends staying and had ample room, both downstairs and in the large well furnished bedrooms. Excellent kitchen facilities, comfortable beds, and 2 bathrooms with showers made mornings easy!! Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful, allowing bag drop before check in time which was ideal! Appreciated the welcome pack of wine and Tayto crisps - perfect! Bus stop close by, but buses only every hour into city. Used taxis - these were frequent and reasonably priced.

Friendly staff, extremely disappointing service

Sadly this building was lovely and staff were very responsive (during working hours) but we had challenges during our stay. Including a large leak in the kitchen ceiling, malfunctioning heating and no hot water on arrival - this is an unforeseen circumstance and the apartment owners did try to send someone round when they could - however we were left in freezing cold temps for our first night and had ongoing hot water issues thereafter. The property managers gave only a 10% refund (and offer of their standard discount on future stays) for this and saw this as a goodwill gesture rather than compensating us for what was not a comfortable start to our stay. While everyone we dealt with was responsive, asking our group for a sizeable deposit ahead of the trip but being unwilling to refund our first night was unreasonable (we were happy to pay the deposit as we recognise that the importance of this). As other guests have noted in their reviews, this agreement is a two way street and overall the experience left us really disappointed.
