Spacious and beautiful PENT off the promenade

Hello travellers, I welcome you to this lovely penthouse in the centre of Mellieha within walking distance to the amazing beaches surrounding the promenade.

The home is spacious and large, perfect for a large group who just wants to enjoy our lovely island. A large fully equipped kitchen is available, with a dining area and sofa which could easily host this amount of guests in complete comfort.

Also available is 1 double bed and the other is with a single bed.

WIFI is INCL.

BIG NOTE: We leave a 50 EURO credit per week (which is more than enough) over and above this amount the guest is to pay extra. This is nearly impossible to not be enough, it is done mainly for guests who leave the AC for 24 hours within even being in the apartment.

Living area| : The spacious living area is flooded with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. It features a comfortable sofa and a Smart TV connected to the internet (Netflix, YouTube, etc.) for your entertainment.

Kitchen| Our fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, dishwasher, cooker, oven, fridge, and cutlery, offering everything our guests need to prepare fantastic meals. Perfect for both short and long-term stays.

Bedrooms| 2 bedrooms - 1 is a double bed the other with 1 single bed and for over and above we will open the sofa bed.

Linens| All our guests are provided with linens and two sets of towels. We are big fans of a good night so all the linens we provide is of the highest of quality.

Bathrooms| 2 bathrooms, one having a bathtub while the other includes a shower.

The apartment is located in the charming town of Mellieha, on the northern coast of Malta. Known for its picturesque scenery and relaxed atmosphere, Mellieha is the perfect destination for a peaceful getaway.

The town center is just a short walk from the apartment, where you'll find a variety of shops, restaurants, and cafes. Take a stroll through the town and discover its charming streets, traditional Maltese architecture, and friendly locals.

For the beach lover, Mellieha Bay, one of the most popular beaches in Malta, is located just a short drive away. The beach offers crystal clear waters and a wide range of water sports activities. Also nearby are the Red Tower and the Parish Church of Our Lady of Victory, which offer panoramic views of the surrounding area.

The neighbourhood is also well connected by public transport, making it easy to explore other parts of the island. Whether you're looking to relax or explore, Mellieha is the perfect choice for your next holiday.

There are several ways to get around in Mellieha and Malta in general. Some options include:

Public transportation: Malta has an extensive bus network that connects Mellieha to other parts of the island. The bus stop is conveniently located just a short walk from the apartment.

Taxis: Taxis are readily available in Mellieha and can be hailed on the street or booked in advance.

Car rental: Renting a car is a convenient option for exploring Malta, as it allows for more flexibility and freedom to move around. There are several car rental agencies located in Mellieha.

Bikes and Scooters: Renting a bike or scooter is a great way to explore the island on your own time, and it's a very popular way to get around Malta.
Walking: Mellieha is a small town, so you could also explore the town by foot. The town center is just a short walk from the apartment, and the beaches are also within walking distance.

It's good to keep in mind that Malta is a small island, so most places are relatively close to each other and can be easily reached by car or public transportation. The host of the apartment would be a good resource to provide more specific information on the best way to get around in Mellieha.

Very important notes before booking:

1. For over and above 3 week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)

2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.

3. During lovely and summer season, although he do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

4. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

5. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.

6. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

7. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

8. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATSUP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.

9. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
