The living room is tastefully furnished and well-kept, with a sitting area, a TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group.

Step outside and relax by the 25-meter swimming pool or sauna, or enjoy a game of squash on the field, which is open from the 1st of May until the 30th of September. Alternatively, take a stroll in the garden.

The open-plan kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfil any culinary requirement. Plus, there is a washer available for your laundry needs.

The three ensuite bedrooms come with double beds and complimentary hotel-quality linens. All bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs.

The three bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Guests will access the entire home, including the building's shared facilities, such as the swimming pool, garden, sauna, and squash field.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Anissó is a charming destination that is home to a variety of attractions. Our Lady of Lapa, Museu do Ouro, Castro de Anissó, and Aurélio and Monteiro, Lda. are all must-see sites in this area. The closest stations to Anisso are located within a short distance, making it easily accessible for visitors. With its rich history and cultural treasures, Anisso offers travellers a unique and immersive experience.

The property is easily accessible by car.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 1h14 drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
