Welcome travellers to our charming maisonette situated in the heart of Sliema, just steps away from one of Malta's most captivating promenade. Along the promenade, you can saver scenic walks, discover swimming spots , explore a variety of dining areas or go shopping.

This apartment has everything you need, from a spacious living and dining area, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and with 2 large bedrooms it makes it perfect for both short and long term rentals.

Strong AC & WIFI available.

All the apartment has air-conditioning and wifi!

Living Spaces| Embrace relaxation in the expansive living area featuring a large TV and comfortable seating. The stylish decor complements the inviting ambiance, making it the perfect space to unwind after a day of exploring Sliema.

Outdoor | Private back balcony available, perfect place to refresh and relax after long days of travelling.

Kitchen| All necessary appliances and ample counter space make it easy to prepare delicious meals. Dining table is also available.

Bedrooms| 2 Bedrooms, both include a double bed

Bathrooms| 1 bathrooms , accessible for all guests and includes a shower, toilet and free toiletries.

Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night's sleep, all linens provided are of the highest quality, and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we would also provide and prepare the bed accordingly.

Laundry| Apartments have access to washing machines, cleaning equipment, iron, iron board, toiletries, and anything our guests would require to make their stay that much more special.

24/7 Access to all the amenities of the apartment.

Simply hop on a bus from one of the numerous bus stops in Sliema and embark on your adventure.

If you prefer a more scenic mode of transportation, consider taking a ferry from Sliema Ferries Terminal. The ferry service offers picturesque rides to Valletta, allowing you to enjoy stunning views of the Grand Harbor. It's a delightful way to reach the capital city and explore its historical sites, charming streets, and cultural attractions.

For those who prefer driving, Sliema has car rental services available for convenient exploration of Malta at your own pace. However, please note that parking in Sliema can be challenging due to limited spaces and high demand.

Very important notes before booking:

1. For over and above 3 week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)

2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.

3. During lovely and summer season, although we sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

4. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

5. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.

6. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

7. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

8. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATS-APP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.

9. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
