"We had an amazing stay! The property was amazing and we especially enjoyed the music speakers throughout the house. .The location was ideal, and the home had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable getaway.The host was wonderful and very responsive plus she arrange for the house manager to meet us at check in and walk through the property it should go over instructions and how things worked. This was a great added touch. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!"

Communication was great with the host! It was very convenient to so many things we wanted to do and it was a very nice neighborhood. The Mountain View’s were our favorite!

Backyard and pool were great. My only issue was that this is a 3 bedroom house and there is not one dresser in it. When staying somewhere for 10 days it is nice not to have to live out of a suitcase.

I’m sorry you were disappointed that we do not have any drawers available to put clothes into. We do have a generous shelf in the closets. Personally I stay at around 15 vacation rentals/year. I find using the closet for clothes assures me I won’t leave anything accidentally behind when I check out.

Loved our stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Bernadette's house. We were travelling with our two sons and one daughter-in-law, and we all loved it.

My third stay here and they just keep getting better. I LOVE this house so much - the pictures just don't do it justice - and each time I leave, I start planning my next trip back. The host is so laid back and easy to work with but you'd hardly notice as everything has been thought about ahead of time. There's just no place like it.

A wonderful 10 night stay. Perfect house/pool area enjoyed by retired grandparents, son and spouse and 2 little people under 3. The host and property manager were welcoming, easy to access and prompt in responding to any/all inquires. Hoping to have the opportunity to return.

Beautiful property!

We loved this property and can't wait to stay in it again next year! Everything was as described or better, from the well stocked kitchen, to the beds, the beautiful landscaping, pool, and the management. Loved it!

Fortunately we are not under the flight path. Since we are closer to downtown the noise we hear is not “conversation stopping noise” and only lasts 10 to 15 seconds. We are located on a culd a sac and do have the usual neighborhood sounds.

We stayed with our family of four (parents and two teens) for a week and loved the house. It was extremely clean and well-appointed. The location is very convenient to all of the shops and restaurants, but the neighborhood is quiet and off the beaten path. The only downside was that the backyard was so beautiful and the hot tub was so lovely that we were tempted to ditch all of our plans and sit there for seven days straight. If you decide to stay here - and you should - then build in plenty of time for lounging and taking in the gorgeous mountain views!

Great property for Alumni Retreat

Quiet neighborhood, lovely mid-century revival style home, layout very comfortable and with great amenities. The backyard w pool/spa and robust gas firepit made us feel as though we were in our own private resort. A+

Everything was great. Very clean. Extremely well stocked. Great location. Only negative was that the master bed even though very comfortable, was very squeaky.

Wonderful stay as always.

Our favourite part of this property is the backyard, so many places to hang out in the sun and shade. We love fire pit and use early every morning watching the sun come up over the hills. Great kitchen, lots of towels in the bathrooms, and extremely comfortable beds. I have to say the only negative is the constant barking of the dogs in the yard behind us, but oh well, still a wonderful stay. We are already booked for next year!

Sensational Sanctuary

I settled into this beautiful home for five weeks this winter. The property had everything I needed for it to truly become a "home" for me. The owner was extremely responsive and definitely cared about me and my needs as a guest. The location cannot be beat...and the yard, well, the yard is absolutely gorgeous!!! No hesitation is recommending this wonderful property!

Absolutely a wonderful property! We visited for two weeks with our daughter and granddaughters. Great location close to the airport, downtown Palm Springs and groceries. The backyard is amazing. Plenty of places to sit by the pool or under cover. The pool and spa were at great temperatures (we heated the pool). The interior of the home was spotless, filled with needed cooking tools, comfortable king sized beds and showers with plenty of pool and shower towels. A property manager met us at check in and gave us a property briefing (great job Charlie). Bernadette (owner) communicated from start of booking to the end at checkout. Look at the pictures and description of all the benefits of this property. They communicate accurately all of the reasons to make this place a great choice. We left with our daughter saying “this place was perfect”!

Palm Springs Paradise!

The pictures of this house don’t do it justice. We just spent a beautiful week in Palm Springs. You will want for nothing in this house as everything you could possibly need is already there. The pool and hot tub were immaculate and the heater was perfect. Loved the doors being open and enjoying the birdsong. Rooms were spacious and the location can’t be beat. Would stay again! Charley was super nice.

Fantastic Home

Great trip & great house!!! One thing to be aware of in a Palm Springs has a noise ordinance. So not the place if you want have loud weekend. Other than that great place!!

Thank you Kelly! Yes, all homes/condos/hotels in Palm Springs are subject to the same noise ordinance, especially after 10pm. The trade off is the total privacy you have with the enclosed and private back yard/pool area.

PRIVACY & PERFECTION!!!

My husband and I came in from Seattle and we were looking for sunshine and a private backyard. Also, I was looking for an alternative to so many of the modern style VRBO‘s. This home was everything we expected and more. The pool was stunning, amazing outdoor space, private, and a few minutes from downtown. Beautiful landscaping, and lighting. It was a true joy to stay here and the process was seamless!

Palm Springs Getaway

This property was perfectly located for us to access all of the anticipated sites. House is located within minutes of downtown Palm Springs with plenty of shopping and restaurants. Unfortunately, we did not really have time to enjoy the outside area but it was very well maintained and offered plenty of enjoyment options. Home was very clean and neatly kept. Charley met us upon arrival and was eager to assist us with any concerns or needs.
