We just concluded a five night stay with four couples of high school roommates in our 70’s. The property was everything we expected and more. More than adequate parking for our four vehicles. Very clean interior and exterior. Numerous gathering areas inside and outside on the wraparound deck. Perfectly stocked kitchen. Spectacular mountain views. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Our Second Annual Sibling Retreat was truly one for the memory books! This beautiful cabin was the perfect place for us to reconnect, relax, laugh, and make wonderful memories together.The cabin was spotless, spacious, beautifully appointed, and had breathtaking mountain views. We loved hiking right from the property to David Falls and Catawba’s Upper and Lower Falls, playing cornhole and ladder ball, and spending hours together around the amazing gathering space. We also enjoyed exploring the corn maze and downtown Black Mountain.From the cozy fireplace to the gas fire pit, every detail made us feel right at home. It was everything we could have hoped for in a sibling getaway!Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. We absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to return!

Diamond Ridge is a gem - just as advertised. The hosts have put together a wonderful, clean/neat, well-appointed cabin that feels like home, not like a rental. It was the ideal setting for our family group and we enjoyed how the large living/dining/kitchen space allowed us to comfortably gather together.The common spaces are lovely, the beds are comfortable and the kitchen is fully outfitted. We enjoyed sunrises on the wrap around deck and the game room kept us entertained in the evening. Communication with the hosts was good and they were very responsive. Prior to check-in they provided lots of local info about activities, restaurants, etc. and they had a thorough reference "House Book" on site.

The property is everything shown in the photos and more. Very well kept home, has everything you need for your stay, a well stocked kitchen, plenty of toiletries, linens, extra towels, 5 master suites plus a full double bunk bed room for plenty of kids. Parking is abundant, we had five couples and five vehicles, plenty of room for everyone! We would absolutely stay here again, and the views are incredible. Just a note, if you are staying in the winter, the roads up to the house are steep and very curvy, so 4WD would probably be a necessity like anything else in the mountains. Thanks Jason for hosting our trip!
