Questo è un condominio Fronte del Golfo, nell'angolo sud-est con viste incredibili !!!



Questo condominio non è mai stato affittato !! Nuovi proprietari e aperti per l'affitto dicembre del 2018 !!! Sii il primo a rilassarti e goditi il tuo soggiorno in questo appartamento 4 camere da letto, 4. 5 bagni, splendidamente arredate e professionalmente arredate. Nessuna spesa è stata sparred quando decorare questo condominio, con mobili aggiornato in cucina, piastrelle in tutto, dettagli personalizzati e arredamento moderno! Non c'è un altro condominio a Phoenix West II come questo!



Entrando non puoi fare a meno di tirare fuori un sospiro e lasciare che le tue preoccupazioni vadano mentre ti rilassi in questo condominio di 2600 piedi quadrati. Questo angolo sud di fronte al soggiorno ha finestre dal pavimento al soffitto e vista mozzafiato sul tramonto dalla zona giorno e ogni camera da letto da questo Penthouse Condo! Un wet-bar e il produttore di ghiaccio miglioreranno ogni festa.



La camera da letto principale del condominio ha un letto matrimoniale, così come la seconda camera da letto e le 3 camere da letto, la quarta camera da letto ha due letti full size e abbiamo un re divano letto nel soggiorno. Abbiamo installato mobili personalizzati e controsoffitti di granito in tutto il condominio.



Per vostra comodità abbiamo installato una serratura per porte senza chiave in modo che voi e i vostri familiari / amici non doveste tenere il passo con le chiavi durante il vostro soggiorno!



Goditi una nuotata nel grande fiume lento, mentre i bambini trascorrono ore a godersi la baby sitter! La piscina interna riscaldata è perfetta per i giorni più freddi. Vicino alla piscina coperta troverai quattro vasche idromassaggio! C'è una grande palestra situata al 15 ° piano con altre due vasche idromassaggio e saune. Hai un parcheggio coperto nel garage.



Parcheggio: è necessario acquistare i pass per il parcheggio all'arrivo, sono una tassa una tantum di $ 28 per veicolo. Qualsiasi unità 4br che noleggi a Phoenix West II ti garantisce di acquistare fino a TRE pass per il parcheggio, la reception ti venderà pass aggiuntivi in base all'occupazione del complesso durante il tuo soggiorno, ma per favore non aspettarti un pass extra durante la stagione estiva.

This condo was PERFECT for 6 adults and 5 kids!!! Plenty of room for everyone!!! Huge porch with plenty of seating and had a Birds Eye view!!! Great well stocked kitchen and big kitchen table! Condo was very clean! Loved everything about the unit! Would highly recommend!! Perfect lazy river and slide for the kids. Had to wait awhile on the elevator on check in day but everyone was arriving at the same time!

Had a great time, there was plenty of room for eight people without feeling cramped. One toilet was acting up but we made due. The only thing I would have to be negative about is the fact that for the money we spent, you would expect to have more toilet paper, soap, paper towels and maybe a little laundry soap. Other than that it was absolutely great!

Walked into a fresh and clean smell that was stocked with everything we needed! The beds were absolutely heavenly and it was so nice everyone had their own space. We WILL be back to this specific unit!!

Beautifully decorated corner suite condo on the 32nd floor with amazing views. Our family had an amazing week at the beach. Enjoyed the new 21 and over pool and the bar/cafe. Always a great time at the Oasis!

Spacious so not everyone is on top of each other. We stayed on the 32 floor so the elevators do take a while but that's so be expected with that many floors.

This was the perfect setup for our family vacation. My husband and I, our daughter and her family,and our son and his family. Each couple had their own king bedroom and bathroom and the grandkids had their own room and bedroom. Checking in/out was easy and having a door code for access was nice not have to keep up with a key.The place was very nice and clean but I will say this owner is not one that goes above and beyond. First beach rental that did not provide beach towels, chairs, cooler. A few throw blankets to snuggle under while watching TV would have been nice. Only one kitchen towel, There were extra pillows but no extra pillow cases. The sheets on the master bed were pilling and not great quality.Just those simple conveniences would have made a big difference to us. This unit has plenty of large closets to store these things. When you think penthouse you tend to think over the top, above and beyond!I can see how elevators can be a problem in peak season getting to the 32nd floor could take 30 min with all of the stops. There are only 6 elevators to service this huge building.All that being said we would still rent this place again(in the off season) and would recommend it! The views are absolutely incredible! Every room has a nice view or the beach/Gulf!

We had a great time. Condo was spacious and comfortable. Large balcony was impressive. Indoor pool was a hit with the kids and everyone had a great time. We will come again.

Beautiful views

We had a wonderful stay at The Oasis. The condo had all we needed for a great stay and was clean and had many perks like the ice machine and big open kitchen/livingroom space for our group of 9.The facility was good but is dated with many open/deserted spaces. The beach was wonderful, do note the pools are not heated outdoors so we were not able to enjoy on our stay in mid March. The hot tubs on the 14th floor are closed but we were not aware until we arrived so the options in the 1st floor area were always packed open to close with mostly little kids. The tiki bar/food is limited on times it is open. Overall the unit made our stay and we would recommend to others.

Beach Condo

The condo itself was nice. It was great for our quick trip. However, the elevator situation was HORRIBLE, especially Saturday. We waited for 45 minutes in the lobby on the first floor to get up from the beach. Its great if you only plan to use the elevator twice a day...if you want to leave more often - I wouldn't suggest it!

However, kitchen could use couple new skillets as the ones there are pretty scratched up. One of the guest rooms has closet door that is broken.

Busy week there which made getting back and forth from 32nd floor to pool area painful. Had to wait for empty enough elevators to squeeze in after a 15-20 min wait at times. Beyond that mess the facility was very nice. The condo was well equipped and was top notch!!! Did encounter an angry employee in the beach equipment storage area where you could leave your chairs umbrellas and other things in this area vs dragging them up the elevators which was already a train wreck. This employee was angry and throwing peoples stuff around to free up a door. Very agitated and total bi$&h. Otherwise, wonderful time had by all!

Labor Day Escape!

My family was truly in awe once we stepped inside of this oasis! The location was everything that I expected and more! The condo was clean and we pretty much only had a couple of issues. The kitchen mittens were filthy and this really surprised me given the rest of the condo appeared to be so tidy. The television in one the guest’s rooms stopped working for our last two nights and we believe that it was the outlet. I didn’t call about either of these issues because we had already contacted the manager about the running toilet in the master bathroom and she had someone come and fix it right away! But for 700/per night, I supposed I should’ve called about the other issues. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this unit. Housekeeping just needs to pay more attention to the small details.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed on the 32nd floor of Phoenix West 11 and were very excited to stay there a week. Overall the condo was not the cleanest. The kitchen did not have quality items as advertised. We were shocked the only pan we could cook breakfast in, kept the wobbly handle the whole week. Very disorganized and not everything we needed. The dishwasher soap bin would not open and we had to run it numerous times. Just not the quality you would expect in a penthouse. The dryer took an extra long time to dry because of the long vent pipe. Many curtains were missing the pulls and you couldn't open them to see the view. The worst was the overpowering smell of bleach in the towels and sheets. The towels had holes, pulls and thin spots. Terrible quality. We had to wash them to use them they smelled so bad. The sheets weren't much better. We went to Walmart and bought lint rollers to clean the hair off the beds and furniture. We did not call for a reclean because we didn't trust they would do any better. The weather was very windy our last day there and something on the roof clanged all day and night. It was impossible to sleep. We love to stay at the Phoenix West II but will never stay in this unit again. I will say Julia was very good with messages.
