Nice location, could use some additional maintenance

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house suited our needs fine and the location was nice and convenient. Very easy drive to several beaches or a short 1-mile walk. The home is pretty dated, but there was plenty of room for people to hang out. The exterior of the property needs some maintenance as there are several overgrown shrubs and trees encroaching on the entrance of the house. The inside of the house could use a good cleaning as well, the floors were pretty dirty and the house had a pretty significant ant problem. We still had a good time at the house and if a little more time was spent on maintaining the property and cleaning the floors it could be a really nice rental cottage. Check-in and check-out were a breeze and very convenient.

We will be sure to forward your notes directly to the owner. Please know we are here 7 days a week to take care of any and all concerns you may have during your stay. We apologize the floors were not properly cleaned prior to your check in. Although it is our goal to have everything in perfect shape when you arrive, please know we would have been happy to send cleaners back over to address any concerns you may have had. Also, with ants, we can take care of that as well :) Thank you again for your feedback and we hope to see you again!
