This House is amazing! Perfect location for walking to the beach, restaurants, the grocery store and shopping. The house is located on a lovely, quiet street!We were on a girls trip with 5 ladies from all over the US and we wanted a place where everyone could hang out and just enjoy being together. We also loved having our own bedrooms and bathrooms. Would highly recommend.

Nice large house easily accommodating our 13 people . Great location and easy walk to the beach for the grandkids as well as adults. We were in easy walking distance of most everything we did and enjoyed all of the biking trails throughout the area. The air conditioner worked perfectly throughout the hot week we visited but multiple lights were out particularly in the kitchen and pantry making food prep interesting. Our initial access code was nonfunctional so we had to use a longer one sent to allow us entrance slightly before the 4 pm check in. Just a minimal inconvenience. Not sure if the cleaning crew mops all floors after each week but our bare feet were black even on our first day before everyone was walking outside.Overall we had a great stay and the house was as expected as far as being rented out weekly.

Excellent home in perfect location

Had a group of us stay. Short walk to the beach and several shopping and dining options. We weee there to golf, and centrally located to everywhere we wanted to go. Highly recommend.

Just fine. A good house for parties, and location, but the overall condition of the property needs addressing, at least in the condition we had it. Initial contact about check in was good and we asked for an early check in, which a few days later were told would come the day before arrival. That day came and went and we followed up the morning of check in with no response. The check in code did not work, and the phone number says the line is disconnected when you call and select existing reservations. So we texted again and they sent a longer code. After check in I asked where we should send pictures of the condition of the house we found it in, which never got a response. There was staining on the carpet, broken lamp shades, missing pieces of tv remotes, dirty fridge drawers, and a broken couch we wanted to make sure there was record of. Also there was mold in the bathroom ceilings, and the pool filled with sand. The trash cans were completely full, so we messaged to ask where we should stack our trash. There was no response, and the next day we got an automated text about any additional support needed, which we sent the same message in response to. Then it was answered. On the listing towels are supposed to be provided, but this amounted to bath towels only, and just enough for the amount of people. We asked if pool towels were not supposed to be provided, and we never got an answer. Finally we requested a late checkout and never got a response to.

The house has a great location. It also has a great layout with 6 separate bedrooms. The pool is very family friendly. We would definitely rent this house again.

The house was amazing-clean, well stocked kitchen, great pool, large bedrooms. The beach access is right across the street. We will for sure be back!

Great location--wonderful house!

Stayed here for an extended Labor day weekend with family. The house had plenty of room to spread out. The pool/outdoor area was wonderful. We had an issue with the hot tub/pool, but management was very responsive and understanding. Would definitely stay here again!

Great property in a great location

This property met every expectation, and more. It is a well-maintained home (well furnished and outfitted) with short walks to a great beach as well as restaurants and shopping. The pool is great for infants and toddlers with a wonderful community playground within walking distance as an extra bonus. Didn't need to use a car for the entire stay.

Christmas Vacation

We all enjoyed the property. It is spaced out in a way that everyone has their own privacy. The walk to the beach is easy. And Coligny Plaza was great with the shops, restaurants, playgrounds and bicycle rentals.

Girls Weekend

Great location to the beach, restaurants, activities. Large house with lots of space. Some furniture and carpets could use some updates. The dryer didn't work while we were there, but they gave us a quick solution to help us out during our stay. Overall, it was a great stay for us to have a fun girls weekend

50th Birthday Celebration

The house is perfectly located so close to the beach and wonderful restaurants and shopping. When we arrived, our code to the door did not work, but was quickly resolved. The elevator only worked on the first day. Everything else was wonderful!

Great place for family beach vacation

We really enjoyed our stay here! The house was spacious and comfortable. Every bedroom had a private bathroom as well as a little balcony space. The large living areas on each floor provided plenty of space for relaxation. The pool was great for the kids, and having a kitchenette next to the pool made it so convenient to have snacks and drinks outside on the patio. Best of all, the location near the beach and close to shops and restaurants was amazing! We were literally steps away from the beach, and this made it very convenient for everyone.

Beautiful House

Customer service could of been much better - we had a few big issues that were never addressed during our stay. But, the house is beautiful and the location is incredible, walk across the street and you are at the beach. One block from Coligny plaza with shops and restaurants. Beautiful area.

Spacious house, great location

Great property in a nice neighborhood, walking distance to the beach and many shops. Only downside was we requested the pool heat to be on for the extra charge but it never worked properly for us. The faucet in the kitchen sink needs some maintenance and the elevator wasn't working (which they notified us prior to our stay). Everything else was great! We would stay here again for sure.

Weekend trip in Hilton Head

The house was great! Enough space and privacy for all the couples we were with. Amazing location for stores, restaurants, bars, and the beach! I would have liked if there were more cleaning supplies on hand. We only had two dishwasher detergent pods and could have used one for each day we were there. Also if there was cleaning spray for counters and a broom for general clean up it would have been nice to have on hand.

Great Location

There are only two issues that should be addressed. 1- The A/C return vents have mold around them and there should be a filter for intake air. 2- Better job with keeping the pool algae free.

Great Vacation

The house is fabulous! It has the best floorpan! The location is amazing. The response was IMMEDIATE for anything we needed help with! Really great customer service! It'is a great home! It just needs a little TLC. The pool was great, but the pool area could use a power washing. The upstairs living room furniture could use an upgrade. Other than that, it's a great property!

Great Location - Gorgeous Home

This property is perfect for a group visit. There were a total of 7 adults at the property when we stayed and there was plenty of room (never even used two of the bedrooms/bathrooms). The location is amazing to local shops, bars, restaurants, beach, etc. Loved the outdoor bar/patio area and all of the balconies, really a great home. Downsides: pool heat only worked half of the stay when we paid for the full stay (message just sent to company to see if we could get a partial refund), pool waterfall feature did not work, elevator was out of service for our entire stay (not a huge inconvenience but dragging our large bags and lots of groceries upstairs could have been much easier with use of the elevator). Would definitely recommend this location for any group!

LOCATION is amazing! One block from the beach, the tiki bar, shops and Piggly Wiggly. Once we were there we walked everywhere! The house was very clean on arrival. It was very easy to communicate with Five Star, even on the weekend, with questions. We needed help with the hot tub and elevator, but other than that, everything was in working order. The kitchen was VERY well stocked, the beds and bathrooms were very comfortable (and I have a bad back) There were about 8 beach chairs, one umbrella, beach toys, two footballs, a soccer ball and lots of pool floaties. The pool man came once and we just did light cleaning the rest of the week. We had 9 adults and two toddlers. Great for a family vacation with little ones. Since you are so close to the beach to come and go for napsThe pool area was ideal! Half shade/half sun all day. Great grill and full kitchen for dinners and all our drinks!!Well worth the price for family memories!

Great location on Hilton Head

Homeruns: Location, steps from the beach, we went there every day Pool, while many homes around, pool is very private Space, lots of it, can easily hold a large group, loved the kitchen, grill, pool kitchen, etc - very livable AC - works very well, very comfortable Some small improvements would that could have a huge impact Paint - probably time for some updates Cleanliness - we did some additional light cleaning when we moved in, also smelled like cleaner/bug spray - some quick airing out solved that Garage door opener - no opener, no code, requires an downstairs/upstairs/downstairs process to get the car out and close the garage (we had bikes in the garage) Furnishings - There are plenty of many things, but could use coozies, shot glasses, beach chairs, updated beach, beach umbrella, beach towels Linens - bed spreads are probably ready for an update That's it, all minor stuff, house is great!

Dune lane

The pool is a mess. Called multiple times, never fixed, ruined bathing suits. Had two whole days where we could not get into pool. Have tried to call, email and message 5 star properties to talk to someone since checking out. No one gets back to me.

Melissa, We were in constant contact with you during your stay. We have not received any communication from you since your departure and would be happy to discuss your recent stay. The pool filter has been replaced, which was the issue. We're sorry you were disatisfied and would have liked to have been given the opportunity to ameliorate the situation rather than have this inaccurate review.
