Absolutely amazing property. This is our second stay here, and we definitely want to come back. Everything there is amazing, and it's a great place to vacation and host family and friends. The home is beautiful, the location is perfect, and the very detailed instructions from the owners made everything a breeze.

Great place to stay with family

We had a great week staying in this house with our extended family. The hosts were very responsive and helpful with any questions we had prior to and during our stay. The location was quiet, away from the busiest parts of the city, but still a quick walk to the beach and boardwalk.

Great location and space for a fall beach getaway.

We love the north end of OCNJ, so loved this location on 1st street. We were able to accommodate our entire group of friends and family in the clean and well-appointed rooms. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly.

Perfect getaway location in ocnj

Violet views was perfect for what we needed; A quick stay in ocnj. Next time we hope for better weather and a longer stay!

Great Location!

Great location to get to everything, restaurants, boardwalk, downtown, even the docks on the bay (party boat fishing and boat rentals). The home had plenty of space and a great deck.

Excellent hospitality. Slightly farther to the beach than expected. Block and a half is a long block. Nice location to the quieter end of the boardwalk.

Great week at the shore

Our family had a great week at Violet Views! The property was very clean, and the owners could not have been nicer or more helpful.

Great place

First time staying on this end of OC, beach was less crowded than boardwalk beach. House had great amenities and master bedroom was very nice. Communication with owner was great.

Relaxing week at the beach

Very comfortable and clean rental with everything we needed for our family. Close to a great restaurant with takeout and fish market. Check all the amenities and extras provided.

Perfect Vacation!

Great communication, easy check in, all amenities included, just bring food and yourself and the rest is provided! The location is ideal and parking was a major plus! Downstairs tenant was unpleasant and 2nd floor neighbor was a little territorial but over all great rental and stay!

GREAT FAMILY VACATION VACATION

This property is spacious and clean. So close to the 1st street beach and next to a deli and 2 Great restaurants (Island Grill and Cousins). Biking the area is safe and fun for the whole family. We rented bikes. We had a wonderful vacation and highly recommend this property.

Enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed our week at this pet-friendly property. The house is clean, comfortable, and well-appointed and the covered porch was a great place to relax after a day at the beach. The property owners were friendly and accessible and provided everything needed for a beach getaway (bikes, beach chairs, umbrella–and snacks!). And we never had to worry about parking as there is a private driveway. We had a great time and hope to return again!

We arrived to a perfectly clean ready house with loads of amenities. Nicely situated and comfortable. We could not have asked for more. The owners were patient and available with answers. Great vacation

Lovely beach vacation home

Renting this property was a very pleasant experience from start to finish. The house was very clean, and freshly decorated. There were toys for our grandson and even a bowl for our dog. Close to the beach and boardwalk, as well as restaurants. We didn't have to move our car all week. Lovely porch for morning coffee and dinners. We were very happy with our stay.

Summer Send Off

Very much enjoyed our stay and appreciate the responsiveness of Vanessa and Evan. There was a little miscommunication regarding the amenities of the property but not a big deal. The property was nice and great for a young family. Better yet, the weather cooperated and gave us a great beach experience before heading into fall. Would recommend the property.

Great family vacation

My family had a great time staying at Violet Views, the 6 of us (including 4 children ages 3-11) had plenty of space, and the owners had everything you could need. We cooked a few nights and had all equipment needed, there were plenty of cleaning supplies, paper towels, board games, TVs equipped with various streaming services, etc. The location is just a short walk to the beach and right across the street from the deli and a restaurant. (Because of this it can get a little noisy but not bad and the huge deck more than makes up for that). We had a great stay!

Great Time!

Wonderful stay at the shore. Across the street from Island grill and a deli making eating easy! And between 2 ice cream shops! What more could you ask for. Clean… decorated adorable and tons of amenities. Only cons .. it is on the second floor if you have anyone with trouble on stairs.

Beautiful and relaxing

Stayed with my husband and two of my three kids this past week.. the house is in a perfect location, is clean and updated. There are so many amenities with the house. We loved the outside shower and sitting on the second floor deck as it is always Breezy there. It is so convenient having bernardo's Deli right across the street. I would absolutely recommend this house to others and we definitely intend to come back.

Perfect for Our Daughter's Wedding Weekend

Our daughter was married at the OC Yacht Club and the third floor suite was the ideal spot for the bridal party to get ready, with plenty of space for hair and make-up, and dressing. Super-clean, all you could possibly need for your stay. Owners thought of everything! Eleven adult family members fit very comfortably. Quiet area of the island but easily accessible and close to beach/boardwalk. This lovely property made our special weekend easier and more enjoyable than we even hoped!

Close to excellent food. Long walk to beach.

Block and a half from Beach it’s a long block. My children had to take a lot of things up to the beach for their children. Next time we would get a house closer to the beach. The place was clean. The highchair they provided was very dirty. The icemaker on the refrigerator didn’t work well very little ice. The bedspreads were well worn.

Thank you Joan for your review. The property is on Atlantic Ave, I am sorry you felt the 1 block was too far. We provide a beach carts for transporting beach items. All the bed spreads in the home have recently purchased over the last 2 years. We were not aware of any issues with the ice maker thanks for letting us we will address it.
