Questa bella struttura arredata con 5 camere da letto e 3 bagni è incredibilmente pulita e decorata con eleganza e lo conserviamo personalmente per il vostro comfort e il nostro perché usiamo anche la casa. Vogliamo che sia come a casa e molti dei nostri ospiti hanno lasciato commenti su questo fatto. Questa unità è completamente arredata, condominio blocco spiaggia ed è disponibile.
Il secondo e il terzo piano offrono 5 camere da letto e 3 bagni completi e posti letto per 10-12. Si prega di consultare le descrizioni delle camere da letto di seguito.
Ciò che distingue questa unità è il terzo o ultimo piano che è un'enorme suite padronale con letto king size (5 ° BR), divano letto e TV da 42 pollici. Questa suite king ha il proprio bagno privato con doppio lavabo, mobile bar e due (2) ponti privati con grandi albe e tramonti. Il piano principale dispone di un'ampia area familiare con ampi posti a sedere, TV a schermo piatto da 46 ', camino, zona pranzo e comodo portico anteriore per serate tranquille. Beautiful, clean home in a great location

My family and I had a wonderful vacation at this home. The “extras” such as starter paper products, towels, and beach equipment was much appreciated. Only a block and a half to the beach and boardwalk made it possible to walk or ride our bikes anywhere we wanted to go. The check in and check out processes were simple and Stephanie was readily available via email for any questions.

Wonderful Experience

My family and I hadn’t been to Ocean City in twenty years. However, we use to go every summer and stayed at many different condos. We all agreed that this was the nicest, cleanest property we’ve ever stayed in. The location was perfect, and they had so many amenities for us to use. We will definitely be booking this one again… next time we head that way.

Summer 2022

This property was great for our needs. Close to other family houses in the vicinity and close to the beach and boardwalk. Everything you can imagine needing was there, either in the kitchen or the garage. Everything for the beach was there, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, etc. An excellent property!

Family wedding

Very cozy and comfortable home that was ideal for our family of 8. It suited all of our needs very well. Great location just a few blocks from the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend for any type of family or friends gathering.

Winter Girls Weekend

5 bedrooms, 7 beds, 2 sofabeds, and 3 full baths (I think both couches are sofabeds) add up to a lot of space for a group. The only downside is the just about 30 steps you have to climb to get to the main door of the unit. But we looked at it as exercise. Property was clean and had all we needed except sheets.

Wonderful Accommodation!

My husband and I had a wonderful off-season visit in this property. We have rented a number of properties on VRBO and elsewhere and this had to be one of the best equipped. Everything is as represented. The decks are great, the furnishings appropriate for hanging out with family and the kitchen is as well stocked as other reviewers claim. Stephanie is a very responsive hostess and made sure we had everything we needed both before and after arrival. Many thanks for providing a perfect base for our reunion with family.

Perfect family vacation home

Stephanie was a great host;very responsive. The house was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We stayed with 2 families and my mom and had lots of room. We would highly recommend this house.

Family summer vacation

We had such a wonderful stay. Everyone in our party enjoyed, we had so much room for our party of 14. Everything that we needed for the week was stocked and ready to use. Location was perfect, just a few steps to the beach… We would readily come back and won’t hesitate to recommend this rental.

Fun family trip

Great location! 1 block from the beach and boardwalk. Really enjoyed the multiple decks and the house was fully stocked with all paper products, which is a HUGE help when packing for a family of 4. The only call out is that there are a LOT of steps to the second floor unit so be prepared, some extra exercise after getting ice cream on the boardwalk every night. :-)

Beach Birthday Weekend

We stayed at this property for the first family gathering since before Covid to celebrate my daughter turning 4. The property was immaculately cleaned and had a perfect layout and space for our large adult group who stayed. The house was stocked with all necessities and had convenient parking for a beach town. Would absolutely stay again in the future.

Beautiful property, and incredibly well stocked throughout. There are thirty steps to enter the unit, but it is worth it. Stephanie is wonderful to communicate with. We would go back again.

Perfect Jersey Shore vacation

We are a group of 12 with kids ranging in age from 5 to 14. This was the perfect location to the beach, amusement park, water park and boardwalk. Beautiful house with plenty of space for our large group.

Little quick getaway

Our family decided to go away for a few days before the memorial day holiday. The house was absolutely beautiful and clean. They had everything you could possibly need at the house. The beach and boardwalk was so close too. The owners were easy to get a hold off and were very quick with responses. We hope to rent again next year!

Family GFW

The owners were great to work with. There were 10 of us ladies and we had lots of room. Clean and welcoming. This is a second floor unit. It has 4 flights of 8 steps. For this one of the moms has a hard time. Once up she stayed up. I hope to rent again next year.

Our family has been vacationing in Ocean City for almost 20 years and we love its family friendly atmosphere. We have dreamed of owning our own home in Ocean City and now it is a reality! We were fortunate to find a property that was owned by another couple who not only loved Ocean City but loved sharing it with other families. Many of our renters have been coming back to the same property for many years.We have strived to provide a warm and welcoming home with many amenities that most vacation rentals do not provide.

Our property is only 1 block from the beach and boardwalk. It is an easy walk to all the amusements, food and shopping that the Ocean City Boardwalk is known for.

Who wants to worry about dragging beach gear and basic necessities on vacation. We provide beach chairs, umbrellas, and a beach cart as well as coolers of various sizes and beach tags for 10 adults. We also provide bath towels , laundry detergent, and all the paper goods (paper towels, toilet paper, napkins...) that you will need for your stay.
