I'm glad you enjoyed your stay! As you know, the oven did not work because the circuit breaker was triggered from too much use of power on the power grid for the property which caused the oven to stop working until the circuit breaker was reset later in the morning. This had never happened before because the circuit breaker had never been so stressed. Nevertheless, the oven works fine. The ice maker attached to the refrigerator was repaired during your stay and has worked properly ever since.

We appreciate the kind words about the property! We provide multiple rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, as well as paper towels and trash bags in the kitchen for each stay. However, the supply is not unlimited as vacation rentals are not hotels. As is customary for vacation rentals, any additional supply is the responsibility of the guests.

It is surprising to hear that the dishwasher is not working optimally, as it was recently serviced. We have ordered additional service and will replace the dishwasher if need be. Thank you Sharon for your review and feedback. Unfortunately you neglected to tell us about ants or dirt on the cement floor, as we would have rectified it immediately. The exterminator comes to the property regularly and had been at the property just prior to your arrival. He did not see ants, in fact there is not an ant problem at this property. During your stay there were heavy rains which the exterminator advised us can sometimes drive ants inside for shelter, which seemed to be the case here. As for the TVs, as advertised and disclosed there is one TV in the living room and one TV in the casita (guest house). We have never had complaints about having 2 TVs, as guests enjoy the outdoor spaces, time together, and presumably access content on their devices if need be. YouTube TV is offered at this property. As we discussed, due to recently changes in YouTube TV geofiltering policies, you were unable to access the account. As you noted, I paid for you to secure a one month subscription to YouTube TV in order to access cable programming. We are adding an additional YouTube TV account to the property so that future guests may access cable programming without incident, however in our experience most guests have their own streaming accounts and do not require this service. It is unfortunate that the property was not quite what you were looking for, but it is as described and advertised and a very popular property among guests, friends and family, so maybe you did not read about the TVs before booking? I hope you enjoy your future stays in Palm Springs at another property.
