Questa proprietà ha avuto una ristrutturazione completa con tutti i nuovi mobili da cucina, granito, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, moquette, vernice e un sacco di nuovi mobili. Questa proprietà è molto riservata, infatti, una delle uniche piscine private rimaste a Ventana Del Sol. È un'unità finale e sembra più una casa. Appena installato una nuova unità piscina e cortile telecomandata, rende il funzionamento delle attrezzature della piscina un gioco da ragazzi, ora è possibile sedersi e godersi la piscina privata MOLTO & spa hassel gratuito. Si tratta della migliore posizione a Palm Springs, a soli quattro isolati dai negozi e dai ristoranti del centro, a un isolato dal centro congressi ea due isolati dallo Spa Hotel and Casino. Sono solo cinque minuti per l'aeroporto. Include parcheggio coperto, (recintato) fuori strada.

Questa residenza cittadina è un luogo di vacanza come nessun altro con la sua piscina privata e centro benessere con uno sfondo delle più belle viste sulle montagne ovunque. Ogni stanza è un santuario, la cucina è all'avanguardia con ripiani in granito e elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, in questa cucina puoi trovare tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno per un pasto gourmet o uno spuntino semplice, tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno è un viaggio al supermercato negozio.

Little getaway

Looking for a quiet getaway. The place was great, close to downtown but away from any major traffic. Just nice to lounge by the pool in a quiet relaxing atmosphere.

Perfect Getaway Location

We loved our stay, the condo was very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated, just as advertised. Everything was well stocked, from the towels to anything you would need in the kitchen.Communication was A. Bob was incredibly communicative and responsive. Check in/out was a breeze. We loved the private pool and jacuzzi- very clean.We highly recommend staying here, we will definitely be back! Thank you Bob for our lovely stay.

Couples getaway

We were very pleased with our stay at this beautiful townhome. The property was nicely decorated and very comfortable. The private pool and spa were a huge bonus as were the gorgeous mountain views. Thank you for a lovely getaway! We will certainly plan to stay here again when we visit Palm Springs.

Perfect paradise

This is a little paradise away from home very private and just perfect… The host and the property manager were delightful and we enjoyed our stay so much! They have extra amenities like luxury bath towels, and bathrobes, and it was just delightful and I will go back again and again!

Perfect Getaway Location

The location was perfect, within walking distance to great shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. The condo itself was spotless and well-appointed, with the added luxury of a private pool that made for a relaxing getaway. The location was great to easily walk into town and enjoy the wide range of dining experiences. The condo was exactly as advertised; clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Communication was also really good making for an easy check in/out process.

A perfect getaway in Palm Springs

Great location, very comfortable apartment with a private pool and hot tub….who could ask for more. I appreciated the in person check-in process. Really makes one feel welcomed. Would stay here again and again, even though, it seems very roomy for one person. I enjoyed the space a lot.

Bob and his team are welcoming and friendly. The home was comfortable, clean and secure. We enjoyed the relaxing hot tub and pool and I appreciated the comfortable bed and nice linens - this is something I don't often find at vacation rentals.The proximity to the Palm Springs Convention Center was convenient as well as the short walk to downtown. Location, location, location!

We had an amazing stay at this one-bedroom, one and a half bath condo in Palm Springs! The private pool with spa was an absolute dream—perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun in complete privacy. It faces west, so you can see the beautiful sunset over the mountain The condo itself was beautifully maintained, stylish, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a gas grill by the pool. The location was fantastic—just a quick four-minute drive to downtown, which made it super easy to enjoy all the great restaurants, shops, and galleries Palm Springs has to offer, while still being able to retreat to a quiet, peaceful space at the end of the day.We had excellent communication with the owner and property manager. Check in and check out were a breeze. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient stay in Palm Springs. We’ll definitely be back!

Our stay at this property was absolutely fantastic! The communication and check-in process were seamless—simple, hassle-free, and without an overwhelming flood of emails or extra contracts to sign. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the property was even more stunning than the photos. It offers plenty of space for two people, but what truly sets it apart is the private courtyard. The pool and sauna create a luxurious, spa-like retreat, and the one-touch controls for the sauna make it effortless to use. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a private, upscale getaway!

We ended up having colds, and it rained a lot for half the time! But, we were in luck with this comfy, quiet welcoming home. Hot tub, fire place and some playing cards got is through. (Side note- I like how the TV isn't part of the environment) Weather got nice and we went out to play during the day, and enjoy a nice place to relax at night. Perfect in every way

This property is only a 15-20 minute walk to the strip which means we could avoid parking issues. The listing description does not do it justice. The views of the mountains are wonderful with my morning coffee. The pool and spa were spotless and so refreshing in the heat. The kitchen was well equipped. I would give 10 stars if the app would let me. Already plan to re-book this property next May.

An Oasis In The Desert

We were in Palm Springs during a heat wave. Temperatures hit 118 degrees during our stay. The condo was a cool haven during the hottest part of the day. As soon as the sun dipped behind the mountain, we enjoyed the refreshing pool. It was one of our finest experiences we've had staying in Palm Springs. The kitchen is well equiped and the BBQ allowed us to have enjoyable meals every night. All that plus a good price too.

This property is one of the cleanest, best equipped, and most comfortable units we have encountered on VRBO. The owner, Robert, is responsive and dedicated to making sure his condo is of the highest standard for his guests. His staff keeps the property in great shape. The unit offers privacy and tranquility, and the entire gate-guarded complex is quiet and low-key. No loud parties here! If you are seeking privacy or solitude, along with top-notch amenities, this condo may become your favorite, as it has ours.

Great unit! Awesome location! We LOVED it!

The first thing that struck us was the cleanliness and attention to detail. The host obviously takes great pride in this place. It was perfectly furnished and the abundance of niceties was appreciated. The unit is ideally located. We walked to Koffi and the park every day. We also enjoyed the car auction taking place a half block away at the convention center. It was unexpected and fun. Bob is the perfect host. He’s attentive and available and makes the strong impression that he just wants you to enjoy the place that he so meticulously maintains. Other places give you rule books with pages of things that should/should not be done. Not here! It is truly a home away from home where you can relax and enjoy! We’ll be back!

I was the first to buy in this complex of 15 so I feel I picked the prime unit, it comes with the very important 2nd half bath, all on one level, a very private pool without other units looking down on you, great mountain views, and completely renovated. This is also with out a doubt the best location in Palm Springs.
