This home is in an ideal location for ski weekends. Beautiful views of the ski slopes and so close to The Wisp Resort.

Thank you very much for taking the time to write a review. The linens are standard rental type of bedding, however, the mattresses and beds are above rental quality. This is a second home that is rented out when not in use by the owners. Above average equipped kitchen and furnishings.

Thank you for your great review. Our home is not the typical rental home found in Deep Creek. It has been furnished as a second vacation home with all the furnishings and kitchen equipment needed to make your vacation a second home for you. We are perfectly located in the best part of Deep Creek with plenty of activities all year round to meet your family's neecs. Lots to do right across the street with mini golf, batting cages, arcades, go karts, Pizza, and ice cream. Oh yes, there is an adult area at the Black Bear Grill with outdoor dining and live music on the weekends. I look forward to working with you again in the near future.

Thank you very much for your input. We will definitely address the issues to brought to our attention. There is a big liability issue to using our kayaks for your use. There is a rental business for kayaks about 1/2 mile from the home.

I try to keep the guests up to date and informed whenever there is a concern regarding the home and its amenities. I did send quite a few texts to the guest concerning the hot tub. The previous guests had left the hot tub very dirty with grass in the hot tub. Our service crew had to drain the hot tub and refill the hot tub with fresh water. It takes time for the water to heat back up when new guests are arriving shortly after a previous guest's departure. When the hot tub still did not heat up, I asked for a service call. The hot tub crew came out on Sunday morning and found that the heater in the tub was faulty and was causing the circuit breaker to shut down. They reset the breaker and the control panel of the hot tub. We immediately agreed to order a new heater to replace the faulty heater. There were no more issues with the hot tub during this stay. All of this required me to keep the guest informed via texting. They had texted me, so I responded many times with constant updates. It was never brought to my attention that I was texting too much. Sorry, for any inconvenience, but I wanted to make sure that the hot tub was fixed. None of the other issues was ever discussed with me and I was unaware until this review. I have addressed all these issues with the cleaning company that we use for cleaning services.
