We took a family trip and stayed at Mellow Yellow for 6 nights. The home is beautifully decorated and the location is excellent. Beach access is basically across the road and Seaside is just a mile down the road. The home has just enough to get you started for a beach trip. We ran out of kitchen, bath and other household supplies provided by Benchmark pretty early in our trip. If you are staying for more than a long weekend, we’d suggest bringing most of your regular household items with you. The home was not as clean as we would have hoped (mildew in the bathrooms, stains on the couch). The shower in the primary bathroom leaks water out of the side and we struggled to get air to circulate well in the bedroom with the queen-sized bed. The outdoor furniture is significantly rusted and we held our breathe every time we sat down. Overall, the home was a great location and nicely decorated. The screen-in porch was great.
