## Space

Close to the center of Honfleur, stores and restaurants, you will be ideally situated to enjoy the Estuary Land that is Honfleur.

Named the CasaSola, this bright and beautiful space of 55 sq. m is a charming renovated two-bedroom apartment. Situated under the roof on the 3rd floor of a secure residence without elevator and with a superb view of the boats, the accommodation includes:
- a beautiful, bright and comfortable living room,
- a charming bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm),
- a cozy bedroom with a queen-size bed and a queen-size sofa bed (both 160cm),
- a bathroom with shower,
- a well-equipped open-plan kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, hotplates),
- vacuum cleaner, hairdryer and ironing equipment,
- TV, Wi-Fi, game console and stereo system.

Please note that the stairs in the building are steep and not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

## Neighborhood

Located near the old port, restaurants, stores, galleries and museums, you will be conveniently situated to enjoy the charm of this seaside resort. You will be a 6-min walk away from the famous Honfleur port and 20 min from the Butin beach. A 10-min walk away, you will be able to visit the museums dedicated to the composer Erik Satie and the painter Eugène Boudin, natives of the city. And if you feel like it, the Naturospace zoo is 15 min away. Don't miss the charming Personalities' Garden about twenty minutes away, where garden boats honor the personalities associated with the city!

Wohnung gut, Nicht vom Treppenhaus abschrecken lassen

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung die gut ausgestattet ist. Entspricht voll und ganz den Bildern. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und liebevoll dekoriert. Allerdings ohne Kleiderschrank. Lediglich kleine Kommoden zur Unterbringung der Kleidung. Das Treppenhaus ist allerdings nicht so toll und gefährlich. Es ist sparsam beleuchtet, das Geländer ist niedrig und es fehlen Streben. Der Handlauf zur dritten Etage ist tlw. aus der Wand gerissen. Die Stufen sind steil und schmal. Der Ort und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten im Ort lassen sich bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Der günstigste Parkplatz ist am Hafen jenseits der kleinen Brücke. 5€ für 24 Stunden.
