Nice stay!

This condo was very nice, clean and well equipped for all our needs. The AC worked great. It’s located across from Magic Beach which was very convenient. The pool and BBQ area was nice. Management prompt with replies to any questions.

Beautiful Condo in Kona

The condo was in a great location, and fully stocked with everything from body boards, to snorkeling gear and pickleball paddles. The condo itself was big, clean and open. The beds were comfortable. We loved our experience. Great for adults and kids

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed an great stay! Fantastic sunsets, close to many great markets & beaches. Sound of the waves at night & the smell of flowers in the morning. Hopefully the next guests get to enjoy the new tennis courts they're working on now. The pool, hot tub, grilling area, sauna, pool table, & little library are added bonuses that we enjoyed.

Location to a beach was more than we could have asked for, having the pool as an option was perfect. The unit it self was spotless and provided everything we needed. Check in was easy. A code is provided for the door and best part you can’t loose the key. AC helped keep the condo cool on these very hot days. Everything you need in a kitchen, even a potato peeler. Lots of towels that I needed for both my hair and body. Washer and dryer helped with keeping up with laundry. Pool open till 10pm for a late night swim. The beach is within walking distance and no need to purchase any beach gear. Beach towels, chair, boards, and snorkel gear. Highly recommend. Will not disappoint!

The condo was clean, beautiful, and across the street from the beach. My reason for giving it 4 stars is that we had to ask multiple times for beach towels. I messaged prior to our trip to make sure we would have some. We were assured there would be one per person. We were missing 2 for our group of 6. We finally got them half way into our trip. Super annoying. Other than that, the condo was great! The pool was nice. The patio was nice. The condo provided chairs, beach toys, plenty of kitchen necessities and a clean place to rest.

No blankets at all, which is odd since it slept 6 . no toilet paper. odd. one tiny thing of laundry soap. Other than that , pool area and bbqs were awesome

Family Vacation in Kailua Kona

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was fully equipped and perfect for our stay with 5 adults. The pool area was beautiful, and the property is only a few steps from a small beach. The air conditioning worked well. The beds were comfortable, the hideabed couch being a little less so, but that is to be expected. I was a little concerned to see that there was work being done on the tennis courts that the lanai overlooks, but the majority of the work seemed to take place while we were out for the day. The property was in a great location for us to explore all The Big Island has to offer. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice condo. The bedrooms had a slight mildew smell. Probably from the carpet. Carpet was clean but has probably gotten wet from beach/pool too many times.

While the carpets are professionally cleaned on a regular basis, the tropical climate and guests returning from the beach or pool can occasionally contribute to moisture and odors over time. We'll have our team inspect the carpets again and determine whether any additional treatment or replacement is needed. What a lovely property. The location can not be beat as it is so close to Magic Sands beach. The unit has beach accessories available to use which made the trip to the beach a breeze. The large lanai was a true bonus. Note that if you need an accessible space, this unit cannot be reached without ascending/descending one flight of stairs. There is an elevator, but you still need to use one flight of stairs to access the unit due to the building being on a hill and therefore having uneven elevations on the floor. This caused a minor hiccup in getting our bags to the unit easily, but nothing big. We loved our time and would gladly stay again if we are back in Kona.
