Wonderful stay near Mendocino. We had 3 families staying together and we had plenty of space to play and spend time together. Check-in was a breeze and we loved using the hot tub at night, the amazing views from the porch and spending time together in the common areas. We appreciated having everything we needed to make a few meals together but also being close enough to Mendocino and Fort Bragg to check out the towns. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Our coral reef stay was wonderful! The kitchen is very well stocked with cooking devices (pots, pans, Utensils) etc . The deck around the house is beautiful and living room is very comfortable. We had some issues with cleanliness in some of the beds but we reached out and our issues were quickly responded to. I would rec this house as a stay, it’s close to Mendocino town, some shops and beaches, and was great for our group.

The property was very clean and the location was excellent. It was well suited for five women, although the pullout couch, which I’m assuming serves as a bed was very uncomfortable. We were all a little disappointed in the distance away from the beach and we found no beach access. We thought the picture online was a bit deceiving. The house was well supplied and we enjoyed our day.

Very clean home, loved the fresh flowers all over the house, hot tub worked great, fully stocked kitchen & comfy beds. Only downside was the internet didn’t work, but we had fun regardless.

The host made an extra effort to welcome our group, which was celebrating my husband’s 80th, with our immediate family and dogs. Everything was immaculate, and we could hear the waves, as I had hoped. I also had forgotten how convenient this location is to Hwy 20, so just a few minutes’ drive to our favorite places, like Mendocino and Noyo River Harbor.

Spacious and comfortable place overlooking the ocean. Loved being able to hear the waves and watching the sunsetting over the waters every day.

Little River coastal beauty

We loved our stay at the house! It had stunning views and was well equipped with amenities to get us started! We were bummed the fire place didn’t work as it was fairly chilly in the main part of the house in the morning and evening. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would love to go back!

Very clean house with well stocked kitchen and pantry. Not sure it sleeps 10, but definitely 8 comfortably. Would recommend and book again.

Loved It!

We had a great stay celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary. The property management went to the extra length of recognizing our special day with signage and a special treat at the bar. The house was beautiful, comfortable, great views, and near everything we wanted to do. We would definitely stay at this property again and can highly recommend.

The house was perfect with outstanding views. Mendocino Preferred houses are always well maintained and stocked with everything needed. They always add very special personal touches that really make you feel welcome. I can't say enough about the professionalism and service. I would definitely highly recommend them, and we will be back!

The toilet in the master bathroom kept running and then the handle broke...we had to use the bathroom down the hall for a day which wasn't fun during the night. Otherwise everything else was great

Amazing property

We went here for my fathers 80th birthday celebration. It was perfect! The property was even more beautiful than the pictures and the house has a lovely cozy atmosphere. Adults, seniors and children all loved it and had plenty of room. The views were great too of course! Checkin was smooth and simple and the house was super clean. It was perfect in every way for us and we hope to return again someday .Thanks for all the personal touches and!
