Waterscape condos are located on beautiful Okaloosa Island, which is famous for its emerald green waters and white sandy beaches. This resort was constructed as a U-shaped property to house the ‚Äúheartbeat' of the facility; the tropical oasis and pools. Waterscape condos has a two tiered pool deck separated by a 10-foot waterfall. The lower pool deck includes a large zero entry pool with spray toys and lily pads for the young at heart. The resort's lower pool deck features a long lazy river for you to float down on resort inner tubes. The upper deck houses a seasonally heated pool. There is a children's splash area on the upper pool deck that features toys for toddlers and a covered play area for maximum sun protection. There are two hot tubs located in the tropical oasis for your relaxation. This wonderful vacation destination is conveniently located to wonderful local restaurants, attractions, and shopping areas in Fort Walton Beach and Destin.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Fantastic Vacation for the entire family!

This place was amazing! We came on spring break and there was so much to do. The kids went to the beach and every pool multiple times everyday. They even had a pirate show, airbrush tattoos and other events each day for the kids. The condo itself was exactly as advertised and VERY clean. We will be booking this room again when we come back to fort Walton beach. Front desk staff was great and very helpful even with our late check in. Will be recommending this to all family and friends.

Super Excellent

This is the best vacation rental property that we ever stayed in. We felt like home. The property was very clean. The appliances, specially Washer and Dryers were excellent. Since we had kids with us, there were loads of laundry. There were more than enough kitchen utensils to cook food. Kids liked the hot tub downstairs, since it was chilly during Christmas time. If we ever visit Destin or nearby areas, this will be our first choice.

Great space in the best condo

This was the best beach condo experience I've had. The room itself was clean and had all the amenities we could have asked for. There was ample garage parking so our car didn't have to be out in the hot sun. Keyless entry was so convenient so we didn't have to keep track of keys or keycards during pool or beach trips. And of course, the pool area was so nice, my daughter could have stayed there all day every day.
