The Wharf 603 is a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom, 1269 sq. ft. is located in 23101 Canal Road in Orange Beach, Alabama.

This luxurious water front condo has all you'll need for your next Orange Beach, AL getaway. The open living space overlooks the Inter-coastal waterway with a new couch, two reclining chairs, HDTV, and balcony access. On the balcony you will find a small breakfast table, sitting chairs, and a gas grill. Both bedrooms have carpeted floors and the main living areas has tile throughout. The kitchen is equipped with all stainless appliances, a stand alone ice maker, and a wine refrigerator. The Master suite has king bed, HDTV, Walk-in Closet, Private balcony access, and a Private Bathroom suite with double vanity, glass shower, and a large jetted soaking tub. The guest bedroom has two (2) queen beds, HDTV, large closet, and private access to the hall/guest bathroom. Just outside the guest bedroom is the laundry closet with a stacked washer/dryer with all your cleaning supplies.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:


RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: _Free Parking, 1 Designated Spot, 1 Guest Spot ___ Are included with your reservation. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

Overall condo was nice and clean. Did have a musty smell, maybe from being closed up. Biggest complaint was there are no darkening shades or curtains in the guest bedroom. So the sun is blinding when it comes through in the morning.

Beautiful / great location / great amenities
We had an excellent stay overall. The oasis was amazing and the wharf downtown shopping area was very nice. Parking was convenient and we felt secure and safe in the condo. If they could improve one thing, it would be ensuring floors were clean. We didn’t realize until the day after we checked when we looked at our socks and they were quite dirty. Otherwise very clean. One thing for families with young kids to keep in mind is the parties in the bars below. We were 6 stories up and were unable to sleep well on Saturday night due to a party at the bars below. The music was very loud and my kids had a difficult time sleeping until after 2am when things calmed down. I believe the bars may be violating the noise ordinance I read online, but if the police officers who drove by didn’t see any issue, who am I to complain.

Nice property - Needs improvement
Nice property, has all the amenities you need, even an ice machine in the kitchen. View was great! A Few things need work however. 1) Shower in master, the water temperature handle was not working properly. Was always burning HOT. 2) A lot of the silverware in the drawer was still dirty, we had to sort through them and wash them to find clean ones 3) One of the beds was so warn that there was a divot in the middle of the mattress, was very uncomfortable. 4) Be aware that these properties only allow for 2 vehicles which may often be enough so if you have more than 2 vehicles you have to park one at least 1/2 mile away.

Lots of issues
The Wi-Fi nor tv worked. The garage elevator was broken, and only 1 of the 2 condo elevators was working. The key to the condo was bent and difficult to remove from the door. I reported all of these issues. Only the key was replaced. All other issues were ignored.
