Situated a mile from the heart of Alys and Rosemary Beach and a mile from the bustling Hub, 9 Palms is surrounded by fine dining, abundant shopping, and plentiful nightlife. Golfers will enjoy 2 courses within 3 miles, and Rosemary Beach Racquet Club offers topflight clinics every morning.

The 9 Palms home offers unmatched privacy. This custom-built home has a spacious open-concept living area with sky-high vaulted ceilings and a wall of windows overlooking the private heated/lighted pool, courtyard and lush tropical palm landscaping. Enjoy 3 floors of inside/outside surround sounds to delight your ears. With these spacious outdoor living accommodations, you may never want to venture inside. Inside, this stunning property is 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, an outdoor shower, and sleeping for up to 13 guests.

1st Floor, Bedroom 1: King master en-suite, TV. Private bathroom with generous soaking tub and walk-in shower.
1st Floor, Bedroom 2: Queen bed with trundle, TV. bathroom
1st Floor, Bedroom 3: Twin-over-full bunk bed with twin trundle, TV. Half bath.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 4: Queen en-suite, TV. Private bathroom.

On the 3rd Floor, you'll find a spiral staircase that takes you up to the scenic crow’s nest, “Franklins Tower”, for amazing sunrise coffee, sunset views, and jammin’ cocktail hours.

9 Palms is ideal for a large or multi-family getaway and offers unparalleled flexibility, boasting comfortable sleeping arrangements outfitted with flat screen smart TVs, spacious chef’s kitchen with double ovens, seating for 13 guests, and open spaces to entertain.

Golf Cart Included:
We are thrilled to include a golf cart with your rental through our partnership with Vacayzen. This gas-powered golf cart is fully street legal and makes getting around hassle-free. You now have one less thing to worry about as you plan out your vacation with Benchmark Management.

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

Great for multi-generation families looking for a quiet retreat

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property description was very accurate. We loved the house and the pool! Everything was clean and worked. We agree with previous reviewers that some of the mattresses need to be replaced now(both upstairs beds)! And definitely pack beach towels! The starter kits provided were perfect until we could shop for what we needed the day after arrival. There were some pool and beach toys, games and a pack&play that were unexpected and great to have for 2 toddlers and 6 adults. The location was perfect for us! The neighborhood was quiet and the beach access was very close by. Benchmark was responsive whenever we contacted them. They had the pool heated (extra fee) in advance of our arrival and replaced a faulty smoke alarm that went off during our stay. The included golf cart was great. Only thing missing was bikes, which we rented at The Big Chill.

Unforgettable memories

It was a nice surprise to see that the house is actually larger and more spacious than in the pictures. We biked everywhere as Alys beach was a 10 minute bike from the house and Rosemary/Seacrest is another 5 minutes. We golfed everywhere too but more for dropping off since there's no parking allowed for golf carts, but this was useful for when hauling stuff to the beach, which is about a few minutes walk from the house. Fantastic time and appreciate the opportunity to stay here, away from the crazy touristy crowd as this area is more relaxed and chill.

Great house, great location!

This house was wonderful and in a great location! If you want the pool heated, you need to let them know several days before checking in (which I did not see on the listing). We had some issues getting in touch with the management company due to the holiday but once we finally got them they fixed the issue promptly.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First -the property management team was excellent..each and every person we talked to. They were great in finding us a new house. We also used the services of a great plumber.The house on the other hand-Screens off doors Broken coffee potNon working fan in bedroomWater bottles-beach toys etc under couchMold in upstairs bathWater stains on ceiling and wallsPool not in great condition...all of which were really not too bad until we had water flooding from the base of toilets and flooding master bath and laundry room Not being to flush toilets overnight is a problem with 11 people.I think the water problems that had been discussed in previous reviews had never really been fixed

Bi-annual Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was clean and spacious. Checking in and out was easy. Location to the beach was an easy walk but getting up the steps from the beach can be difficult for those with health conditions or elderly. If we had known there were so many steps we would have stayed elsewhere due to a family member having trouble climbing them. The queen mattresses in 2 of the bedrooms need to be replaced. Main bedroom’s mattress was perfect. Pool turned green on Wednesday and was not cleaned until Friday. Pool guy said it always does when it rains. He probably needs to come twice a week when rainy. Patio and grill area was great. Did not see any beach services so had to bring chairs/umbrella to beach. Rental credit for those items was appreciated. Definitely spacious enough for everyone to spread out.
