We had a great stay and would book again. It was convenient to be able to park on the same floor as the condo. The oasis cafe is wonderful and the food was really good, our kids enjoyed getting ice cream at the end of the day.

The Oasis is our favorite place to stay, and once again, we had a wonderful time! This year, we stayed on the 5th floor (509) and absolutely loved it. We also decided to go one weekend later than we normally do, and it was noticeably less crowded than in previous years, which made our stay even more enjoyable.The condo was perfect for us—very clean, comfortable, and felt like a home away from home. Everything was well cared for, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Julia, the lady we worked with, was absolutely wonderful and so helpful throughout the entire process.One of the biggest reasons we keep coming back to The Oasis is all the amenities. The pool, lazy river, and splash pad are always a huge hit and make it such a fun place for the whole family.Another wonderful stay at The Oasis, and we’re already looking forward to our next trip!

I could not get in touch with the host days prior to the stay. The day I arrived all I had was a reservation number. Guard Shack would not let us in with out a room number. I left messages and call the host many times, no answer. I had to hunt down the help line in order to get my room number and access code to the door . Stay was nice and the condo was awesome, we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location lots of amenities

We had a wonderful week long stay! The pools were perfect with lots of options. We spent hours in the lazy river!! The unit was clean and beautiful. Great location.

You’re really paying for the community amenities with this particular rental: beach access, lazy river, pools, gulf view. The rest leaves quite a bit to be desired in terms of the overall cleanliness, maintenance, outfitting, and upkeep of the unit. There was a thick layer of dust on all of the kitschy knickknacks, wall hangings, top of the headboards, and in the corners of the bathrooms, etc. The living room rug is visibly dirty and very dingy with wear, as were the throw pillows, which had visibly dirt and dinge on them. When I reached into the cupboard to pull down glasses for my kids, I caught my hand on shards of glass. Someone stacking glasses back in the cupboard had broken and cracked 3 of them, and left the shards there for the next guest to injure themselves on. The kitchen knives were virtually useless for any food prep as they were all dull. The glass top of the coffee table in the living room is not secured to the base and nearly fell on our son.There is no way to block the light from the hallway in the first two bedrooms. There are wooden shutters, but lights in the corridor never dim and blast in all night into both rooms. We contacted management ahead of time to ask about whether there were any of the typical vacation home niceties like games, cards, etc. They don’t have any knowledge of the actual unit. The stay was fine but I wouldn’t recommend it until they make some changes, deep clean, and manage it better.

Family vacation July 2021

The lightbulb over the bar needs replacing it kept flickering and the remotes needs batteries we bought some for a couple of the remotes.

Perfect Family Getaway

The unit was comfortable, clean, large and the kitchen had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was beautiful and the unit is a perfect location within the building. The management was responsive to our questions and the parking was very convenient. There are a lot of good restaurants nearby and plenty of places to visit within a short drive. The beach was very nice and was kept clean. All in all we would stay here again.

Beautiful unit

This unit is just as gorgeous in person as it is in the photos and even more spacious than expected. Kitchen was well stocked with all that we needed to make our own meals. Location on 5th floor was perfect to use the stairs or ride the elevator, along with parking just steps from the unit. Management was responsive to our call (on Easter) about a toilet that wasn't working properly and fixed it same day. Indoor pool was a lifesaver because we had some chilly weather and then the beaches were closed for swimming multiple days due to unsafe surf and rip tides. We would definitely stay in this unit again!

Extended Stay in Orange Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We started renting from Phoenix Rentals about 8 years ago. Have rented in Phoenix West 2 through Julia starting 7 years ago. She is the greatest! Very cooperative, responsive and always helpful. Can't say enough good things about her. We have rented 3 different units in PW2 and each has had pluses and minuses. We are in our 2nd year in our current unit and have booked it for next year. Overall, very satisfied.

Great vacation

Loved our stay in The oasis unit 509 beautiful condo perfect for our family. Except for a few things, The refrigerator took two days to get cooled but was fine after that. The air conditioner was fine for a couple of days then it wouldn’t cool it was 74-75 degrees the maintenance guy came out the day before we left and fixed it but it was still 74 that night . The Washing machine must have been off balance it made terrible noises. Other than those things we definitely enjoyed our stay. We will be back next year but a different unit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at the Oasis condo over the 4th of July week. The condo itself was excellent—spacious, clean, and very comfortable. It had plenty of room for our family and was a great setup for kids. The location was convenient, and the amenities had a lot to offer.However, our stay was during a very busy time, and it definitely felt like it. The pool area was crowded and noisy throughout the day, and the pool cleanliness wasn’t quite up to par given the holiday volume. One major downside was that the patio door in our unit kept breaking, which made it difficult to enjoy the balcony.Overall, this is a great family-friendly spot, especially for those looking for activity and fun. But if your goal is peace and relaxation, you may want to avoid peak holiday weeks.

PWII Unit 509

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We do hope to return again, possibly in October with more members of our family. I wanted to let you know first a few positives of the unit. Overall, it was clean, very spacious, the living and dining areas offer a great deal of extra room that would be important with more guest in the unit. The balcony with the table and chairs is great, we did enjoy that very much. The dining table is very nice. We took advantage of the extra ice maker, that is a nice touch and appreciated. Having the fourth bathroom is great, especially with another family and kids. A few comments that we would offer to make this unit exceptional for your consideration. First and most importantly, the carpet in the three bedrooms is worn and had multiple stains, possibly remove the carpet and replace it with tile? The bed mattresses are in need of placement, very lumpy and uncomfortable as are the pillows. The refrigerator is small for a unit of this size. With multiple guest that a three bedroom would accommodate, it is not large enough. Finally, the couch and love seat could be replaced, they are not comfortable. Thank you again for working with us and allowing our eight night stay, we hope to talk to you in the fall if we can return. If upgrades are made to Unit 509, please let us know as I am sure we would be interested in staying there again.
