This cosy and renewed 31 sq. m "mazot", a typical Alpine little chalet, includes :
- a nice terrace giving on a 300 sq. m garden,
- a comfortable living room,
- a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm),
- a mezzanine with 2 simple beds,
- an open very well-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, micro-wave, hot plates, fridge, dish-washer),
- a bathroom with shower,
- vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, washing machine, dryer, ironing equipment, ski boots dryer (for 6 pairs)
- WiFi, Marshall Bluetooth speaker.

You can park your car in front of the chalet.

Please note that the mezzanine is accessed by a ladder.

## Neighborhood

Located just nearby the ski runs, with the possibility to use the free shuttle bus in front of the chalet, you will be at the best place to enjoy the huge ski domain. All shops, including ski and equipment rental shops, will be a few minutes away from the flat, as well as numerous bars and restaurants. In 15 min walking, you will be at the center of La Clusaz village and will be able to enjoy all the animations, both in winter and summer. You will also be able to move around easily and join the other cable cars thanks to the free bus service. At last, in the summertime, you will also find a lot of activities around the city : shopping, hiking, mountain biking…
