In the heart of a wooded park, the Domaine Résidentiel de Plein Air settles along a beautiful wild coast in Talmont Saint Hilaire. The rental is 500 m from the sea, the nearest beach is 4 km away.

Area: approx. 40 m² with a beautiful private terrace, electric plancha and complete garden furniture and a location for the car.

Bel endroit mais court-circuité par le bruit

Très beau site avec piscine agréable, infrastructures super (tennis, pétanque, terrain de foot, de basket, plaine de jeux...) MAIS contrairement à ce qui est mis en avant dans l'annonce (endroit calme et reposant), nous avons souffert du bruit. En effet, les cottages Saint-Maritn sont placés le long d'une nationale fréquentée et juste en face se toruve un camping de 1600 personnes très bruyant (animations musicales et d'ambiance plusieurs fois par jour et le soir juque 23h). Nous n'avons donc pas profité de la terrasse du cottage. Dommage... Notre cottage n'était pas non plus super propre et étaient plus abimés que les photos ne laissaient paraitre. Du coup, on trouvait le prix surfait.

calme et reposant

l'endroit est idéal pour se reposer, pour les activités sportives et pour les ballades au bord de mer. Une piscine couverte et chauffée est à disposition ainsi qu'une piscine en extérieur qui ferme le 15 septembre. la maison est suffisamment grande pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Une place privative pour le véhicule est à disposition devant la maison.
