This is 100% new house built in 2020, everything is modern, clean, and in amazing condition.
The house is centrally located and is 10-15 minutes to:

+ Huntington Beach
+ Newport Beach
+ South Coast Plaza
+ Less than 5 mins away from Little Saigon and Korea town
+ 5 minutes drive away from Bella Terra

This house have:
- Downstairs:
+ Small warm living room
+ Kitchen with full stuffs and cookwares for cooking.
+ Dining area
+ Bedroom 1 with 1 queen bed, walk-in closet and 1 smart TV with wifi connected.
+ 1 bathroom with stand shower.
- Upstairs:
+ Bedroom 2 (master bed room) with 1 queen bed, floor mattress, wifi connected and master bathroom with stand shower
+ Bedroom 3: 1 Queen bed, 1 walk-in closet
+ Bedroom 4: 1 Queen bed, floor mattress and walk-in closet
+ 1 bathroom with stand shower.
Total there are 4 bedrooms including 4 queen beds for 8 people. And we have 2 extra floor mattress for 2 extra people.

- Quiet/safe neighborhood.
- Clean towels, utensils, washer, dryer, Shampoo/ body wash.
- Driveway parking that can hold up to 2 cars.
- Everything is close by but a car is recommended.
- Close by to Huntington Beach, Newport Beach, Disneyland, UC Irvine, Knots Berry Farm, Costco, Staters market, Westminster Mall, Vons, Little Saigon, Walmart, Target, South Coast Plaza....
- Especially very close to Bella Terra with movie theater, outdoor shopping, dining and entertaining center so you can walk in 5 mins.
- If you are looking for a place that is centrally located and less than 10-15 minutes to all the best places OC has to offer from Disneyland to the amazing beaches, Knots Berry Farm, this is the place for you!

💥HOUSE RULE💥
Please respect quiet neighborhood. No noises from 9pm to 8am.
✨ No loud party/music allowed.
✨No excessive drinking, no smoking indoors, no weed and illegal activities.
✨ Please do not go in the backyard after 9- Going in the backyard at night can be dangerous and we are not responsible for any injuries that happens.
✨No parties- Parties are not allowed. This is a vacation house and should only be booked for trips and vacations. I must inform you that you may not play music in the backyard after 8pm. You also can not stay in the back yard after 9 pm. We have had an incident where a guest was partying and was playing music in the backyard pass 9 o’clock, this lead to the neighbors calling the police. So please do not play loud music in the backyard. Also please check in with the right amount of people you booked for. For every unannounced extra person you have to pay $100.
✨Cameras- Cameras are placed outside the house for security purposes.
✨ Security Deposit - If you damaged the house, you may be charged up to $800. If you bother our neighbors and they called us and complained, we will keep the deposit.

**Notice: This is a guest house.
As described in the pictures, there are two properties on the premise: the big house in the front and small house in the back. This house is the small house in the back, but it has its own entrance and backyard, plus there is a fence that separated two houses.

PLEASE BE NOTICED THAT WE HAVE EVERY RIGHT TO SHUT DOWN YOUR PARTY, CONTACT VRBO TO CANCEL RESERVATION AND CALL 911 TO ASKED YOU TO LEAVE. Our neighbors are mainly retired senior, so we have no other choice but to maintain quiet neighborhood. Thank you so much for your understanding!

Ok location, terrible communication, small house

My family and I wanted a place we could all stay while attending Disneyland. I send the owner a message asking for a later check out then 10:00 AM, due to having a family member that has a medical condition and could have used a bit more time, this request was completely ignored. Upon arriving in CA, I had to send the owner a message to get the code. We arrived a bit later and some members of the family wanted to shower, in which they received a cold water shower. I reached out to the owner once again, in which he replied he would have to get his handyman in the next day. The rest of us took our cold showers in the next morning! We left for the day, when arrived home late, we were shocked to see the front door was left unlocked, and back door was left OPEN. I messaged owner and received no message back. The "Livingroom" is not! it is a walkway to the kitchen, there is no room for your party to sit. Limited towels, 2 per bathroom and 1 wash cloth to share, 1 roll of toilet paper, in which we had to purchase more. We stayed out of the backyard, due to the warning from the owner. This is not for anyone that plans to spend anytime in the house. And do not expect the owner to respond to you. Although the miles may be listed close to attractions, keep in mind it takes longer due to traffic.

Awesome location

We had a great time. Rental was very clean. The actual living room was small but we didn’t plan on spending any time in the rental other than sleeping! Super nice washer and dryer and showers. Would definitely stay again. Another review mentioned nosy neighbors but we didn’t have any issues. Very quiet neighborhood close to everything!!

Not the fun house

The house was very easy to find and was clean. We rented it for a family trip to Disneyland and the downstairs area is very small for 10 people. We were scared to use the backyard because of the “rules” and the neighbor was not friendly and monitors your every move. You have to be quiet or if the neighbors complain you can lose your deposit. Overall the house owner was great but the nosy neighbor who stands outside and watches you was creepy. The house is very nice but for a large group who may want to have some fun at the house, this is not the house for you!

Our first experience with VRBO properties

When we visit family in LA, we usually stay at my brothers place. This time, I tried to get our place given we were 8 people. Our first experience with rented house specifically Paul's place is great. Felt homey, comfortable. Clean and organized. Though it is not perfect, the issue is tolerable. Great place to stay. Accessibility is good.
