Best vacation of my life

My second stay, so glad I booked an entire month this time. My little dog loved lying out in the sun on the deck, and I took advantage of the hiking trails.

G-parents, adult kid and spouses, and G-kids all together

Very nice for our family gathering. 2 large areas to gather indoors, decks, and outdoor areas to play. Beautiful views from the living room kitchen area. All clean and comfortable.

Christmas Holiday

Enjoyed the cabin/property/location. However, my family and I (5 people) doing lots of cooking during the Christmas holiday had to deal with a dishwasher that was not working :-( We were not informed about this, and had to manually wash all dishes, pots & pans during the four-day holiday period. As you can imagine, this was a major inconvenience. When I informed the manager, she told me a repair man would eventually contact us. But nobody ever did. As a result, I would've expected us to be compensated in some manner, but nothing was ever offered. PS: the fireplace in the upstairs family room had not been cleaned out prior to our arrival.

Wonderful Home in Idyllwild

Our family had a wonderful stay. The house is located in a great area. The beds were comfortable and the house is well appointed. We loved that it has a dog run so we were able to bring our dog. We appreciated the bottle of wine left by the hostess. The view from the outdoor deck is incredible. Enjoyed relaxing outside. We would highly recommend staying here.

Like living in a treehouse!

I loved being in this spacious cabin, all friends who stopped by exclaimed over the view from the deck. I'm planning to come back next year.

Winderful

It was very relaxing. Amy had a lot of games for the kids and adult alike to enjoy. Wine was a nice touch. But we were not wine drinkers so left it for the next renters. Highly recommend the place. But if you have issue with stairs this property is not for you.

New Year's Eve stay

Cabin was very nice. Just two small things that would have made it better. 1. The propane gas canisters were all empty so we could not enjoy the outdoor heaters. 2. The trash bin outdoors was one small bin and already full when we arrived, so it was difficult to get rid of daily trash. Both were not deal breakers and cabin was otherwise delightful.

Loved the house but they should improve their clean

We loved our stay and experience at this house our only complain was that they’re cleaning wasn’t the greatest, under the bed there was a lot of dust. The view was incredible we really enjoyed watching the sunrise every morning they even gave us some complementary treats. Over all we would return.

View alone was worth it

The home was clean and the stay was enjoyable. Had a wonderful time but our favorite was hanging out on the patio as a family playing games and enjoying the view.

1st time but not last

First experience in Idyllwild and we weren't disappointed. The property was homey and quant... home away from home. Enjoyed the fire pit and exploring the grounds. Close to restaurants and cute shops. Great communication with owner. Home is just as described. We will definitely be coming back.

Family Getaway

My family and I had a great experience! The Cabin was very clean, as soon as we walked in it smelled fresh and clean. Amy was a great host she even left us some complementary snacks and a bottle of wine. She was very attentive since day one always responding to my messages very promptly. The house has great internet, and the TVs come with Netflix and cable included with great movie selection. We also enjoyed the big space the outside had which allowed us to play in the snow and take many nice pictures. We would definitely recommend staying at this property and would absolutely stay there again.

Beautiful Cabin!

My family and I had a great stay here! The home was very nice and cozy with beautiful views of nature. Everything was stocked and really easy to find thanks to Amy. Overall a great experience, can't wait to go back!
