Our designer finished out retreat is located in the heart of the Central East Austin Holly area. We are within walkable distance to numerous Austin original eateries. From this location, hop on a scooter or rideshare and within minutes be out on Rainey Street or 6th street. For those wanting to slow down, you can take a stroll over to Town Lake and enjoy the sights and sounds of nature right around the corner.

This cozy home combines a high end finish out with functionality at an affordable price. We provide an impeccably clean experience with the conveniences of a luxury hotel.

You will have access to the entire home, additional rental in back of property that may be rented out simultaneously or may be occupied by another guest.

The Kitchen - fully updated and functional kitchen with stainless steel appliances and all the conveniences of home to pop bottles or make a meal.

Updated little getaway

The property was nice and central. It was as pictured, cute and well kept. The owner was quick to respond to messages. We had 6 adults staying and it was a very comfortable size for us. Just of note, there is a kitchen island with 3 stools, but no dining table if that’s important to you. Definitely recommend this short term rental.

Amazing

This house was an amazing stay! It’s close to all the different parts in Austin You would want to see. The sheets and bed were comfortable and soft! The decoration of the home was so cute and made for a perfect get away. Communication was a breeze and they were so helpful. I would stay here again if I was to travel back down to Austin.

Loved the home! It was so clean with such cozy beds! We were visiting on a girls weekend and just loved the tranquility of the home and also took advantage of the huge soaking tub! Would for sure come back and recommend to others!

Great Stay!

This property is very clean, lighting is bright, open and airy, all the amenities needed, the beds are very comfortable and the entire home is simply updated beautifully!!! It adequately fit my friends comfortably. The pictures are accurate and location is very convenient to restaurants/bars and downtown. I liked there is a long driveway for parking/covered parking. Owner was prompt and easy to communicate with. We encountered a minor problem at the conclusion of our stay but owner was extremely helpful and resolved the issue promptly. Would definitely recommend this property! You will not be disappointed.
