Located between Belmont, Midtown, and 12 South, our guest cottage is just around the corner from some of the best shops & restaurants in town. Coffee shops, boutiques, BBQ, pizza, bars, and a grocery store are all just a short trip away. Our charming, detached loft apartment is perfect for guests who want to come and go as they please, have a quiet place to work, relax, & unwind (or BOTH!), and feel like a local in one of Nashville's most sought-after neighborhoods.

We are always available by message for any additional amenity requested. Otherwise, guests will be left to enjoy their visit.

You will be tucked away in a charming neighborhood centrally located between historic Belmont, and local-coveted Midtown, just a quick drive away from great shopping at Green Hills and walkable to 12th S!

While we can't accommodate early check-ins and check-outs, we allow guests to drop their bags after noon the day of check-in. Our home is a private second-story apartment above a detached garage. You will be able to come and go as you please. The loft beams with light and is ready for a clean and intimate stay.

Uber or Lyft can pick you up and get you to the famous Broadway live music venues for a night (or day) out on the town in about 10 minutes.
