It was clean, peaceful, and had a wonderful view from the balcony! Everything we needed for a great vacation! Would love to go back again!

Great property, poorly managed and supported

Property was poorly cleaned (sand all over kitchen counters and 7 inch hair hanging off kitchen sink, etc) and washer was broken upon arrival with nasty stagnant water a few inches deep. Vacasa of Alabama provided their number in case of any issues, however I called them three days in a row and sat on hold for an hour each day, they would never end up answering. They provided no other form of contact with them. I emailed their main corporate office, then used their text based platform and FINALLY 6 hours later they text me back. The property itself was great however the lack of support from Vacasa was extremely unprofessional and I would go out of my way to avoid renting a property through them in the future.

Great Beach Vacation

The condo was clean and well furnished with towels, linens, furniture, etc. Good view of the beach. Quiet neighbors. A family friendly place. We enjoyed it very much.
