Our FUN IN THE SUN is a totally furnished 2 bed, 2 bath GROUND FLOOR condo that sleeps 6 and has everything you need to feel at home. Whether you golf, gamble, attend sporting events or shows, you will be conveniently located in Hawk Ridge where you can enjoy community facilities: pool, hot tub, club house and fitness center, and covered BBQ and picnic area near your front door. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit is tastefully decorated and includes Smart, Flat-screen TV, Blu-Ray DVD player, high-speed internet, full kitchen amenities, and full size laundry.

Wonderful stay!

We stayed at this condo for a month and it was perfect! It had everything we needed and is in a great location. Would absolutely recommend to anyone planning to visit Mesquite.

Clean and Comfy

Three days at this property. Pros: very clean, great beds, good wi-if. Cons: parking is several stalls away from unit, air conditioner is a little loud. Overall a good experience.

Soccer Tournament Weekend Stay

This property was great for my family. There was space for all of us so we didn't have to be right on top of each other. Also having a kitchen available so we could cook some of our own meals was a huge bonus. It was about a 10 minute drive to our tournament which was great as well.

Great Condo and location

Our family stayed in the condo for a soccer tournament and had a fabulous experience. Everything went smoothly and we appreciated the attention to detail.

Amazing Vacay

The condo was very clean, comfortable and well maintained. Working with Jen was very good ,she was very courteous, thoughtful and easy to communicate with. Great location if you are going to golf and go to casinos or go sightseeing like we did, amazing scenery all around , can be seen in 1-3 hours drive from condo. Scenic highways 9, 12,14 or 89. Can stay in Nevada or travel to Utah, we enjoyed our stay very much, would much recommend . After a day of exploring you can get something to drink and relax on the front porch/patio and watch sun go down.

This was our second straight year staying here. Both stays were excellent. The hostess is very easy to work with. If the situation arises, we would definitely stay here again.

Nevada Golf Trip

Property was easy to locate and a short drive to local courses, food and entertainment. Property owner was good to work with and responded quickly to questions. Enjoyed our stay.

Beats the Virgin River motel.

It was everything the description said. It was very clean. The beds were all comfortable. The host was very easy to work with. Very inviting and relaxing to come back to. My group said, they would stay again.

Great and convenient place to stay

The property was just as advertised. Everything in the description matched reality. It was convenient to get around to every where we needed to be from St. George to Las Vegas. Very clean and comfortable. Would absolutely stay there again. The owner communicated very well and made it a point to make sure everything was going well while we stayed there.

The unit was in a great location with easy access to everything. The area was extremely quiet and relaxing, The people in neighboring units were courteous and respectful of everyone's space. The unit itself was clean and well maintained. The carpet was stained, but we were advised to the problem by the property manager. The property manager was very easy to work with and was readily available if needed. We would most definitely stay in this unit again and work with this property manager.

Mesquite vacation

Had a wonderful time. This was the nicest, cleanest VRBO have ever stayed in. Had everything we needed! The hosts for property are very gracious and can’t wait to stay again ! Thinking about taking granddaughter for a vacation to stay in townhouse again.

Excellent Stay!

Would stay again! Was very clean and comfortable, every thing was well stocked and then some! Communication with the owner was outstanding, very responsive! We would definitely recommend this place!

Easy golf getaway

Perfect place for 2-4 people. We came to play golf and the property is less than 5 min away from Wolf Creek. The property was fully stocked with paper towels, antibacterial wipes and hand sanitizer that was much appreciated as some properties don’t provide those resources. Jen was great to communicate with, too.

We are a working couple looking forward to retirement in the near future. We love the Mesquite area with its beautiful golf courses, scenic landscape, casinos, serene location and recreational opportunities. There is hiking, biking, golfing, off-road trails, seasonal events and much more! Mesquite is close to St George, UT and Las Vegas, NV as well. We enjoy spending time with our friends in Mesquite and always have a lot of fun...in the sun!
