We're back and better than ever following Hurricane Ian.

Recently renovated beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bath home located in the desirable north end of the island. Walk to Time Square and the white sugar sands of Fort Myers Beach! Enjoy the private heated pool with a screened lanai. The huge front lanai has bay views and plenty of seating for your enjoyment!

This very spacious home has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the upper level, a large living room with super comfortable sofa sleeper for extra accommodations. The great room has a nice dining area, well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and extra seating.

The master bedroom has a King bed and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and a full bathroom is just down the hall. The third bedroom has a Queen bed, bathroom, and laundry in the lower level of the home which is separate from the upper level. Hotel style five star linens and towels complement our comfortable surrounds so you can unwind and relax in style.

While the beach is as inviting as ever, please note that the Fort Myers Beach area is rebounding from Hurricane Ian and not all amenities are available yet. Construction and rebuilding is present on the island and moving fast. The current status of restaurants and other amenities on the island is in a state of change and island amenities may not be available or operating.

Fort Myers, Bonita Springs and Naples are all modern cities with plenty of shopping, dining and sightseeing to experience. The South West International Airport in Fort Myers is close by for convenience as well.

Pet friendly restrictions and fees apply. Dogs are permitted up to 25 lbs and non-aggressive breeds only with pet fee paid in advance. Pets restricted to dogs only, no other pets allowed and penalties enforced. Excess cleaning charges may apply. Dogs must be leashed when outdoors, must be cleaned up after and can't be walked on anyone else's property.

Great location

Great location on the island. Local neighbors were very friendly. Very clean. Definitely recommend this place.

Great Location

Location is key. This house was was nothing fancy inside, but the pool area was fantastic. Everything is within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again. Management was extremely easy to get a hold of when I had questions.

Great house

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Bella. The location is perfect for walking to the beach and to downtown. We all enjoyed the screened in pool and outdoor sitting area. The house provides beach supplies like a fold up wagon, coolers, chairs and sand toys which came in very handy. One thing to consider however is the layout of the bedrooms; I did not realize that one of the bedrooms is disconnected from the house on the lower level near the pool. You must walk outside and up the stairs to get to the main part of the house. With younger kids it was a little tricky deciding who stays in the downstairs room. We made it work and was definitely not a deal breaker. Overall the house was clean and decorated nicely. This was our first trip to Ft. Myers and we really enjoyed our time.

Not as expected

This is our second stay at Casa Bella, first time in 2021 all went smoothly, no complaints, except for the noisy bed. This July 2022 quite a few issues. Management was easy to contact and did their best to resolve issues, not all of them resolved thou. Let's say sofa bed was a filthy surprise [gross negligence by maintenance crew] wi-fi did not work, although management did get involved and summoned the internet provider who could not find the problem, so no internet! Same issue with Directv, no tv during the whole stay, cable company made an appointment for Friday, which they did not keep! Hats off to Linda who contacted Directv and stayed on the phone with me and the cable company during their troubleshooting. She was great! Issue with pool was resolved a day later, very thankful for that as we had two pre-teens with no tv and no internet... not good. Maintenance crew needs to be more alert to problems such as broken lounge chairs, non-working shower doors, downstairs door needs some adjustment as it has to be either pushed or pulled very hard to close. The house itself is good, comfortable living room even though we had to order an inflatable mattress and reduced the space somehow, nice sun room. Decent bedrooms upstairs. The best bathroom is downstairs by the laundry room which comes in very handy. The area is quiet and safe, beach a few blocks away. All in all we will return, if maintenance improves.

Excellent

It was a perfect place! Had ample parking , the house was supplied well and clean . Short walk to the beach and main strip . The pool was nice and clean . It was a wonderful family vacation and would use it again.
