**The apartment offers the following floor plan:**

- A spacious living room, opening directly to the terrace, furnished with a large sofa, a smart TV and a dining table for 6 people.

- A large open-floor kitchen with everything you will need to prepare and serve wonderful meals (or re-heat wonderful take outs).

- A first bedroom, accessible from the kitchen area, with a queen size bed, a closet/dressing and a wall TV.

- A second bedroom, smaller and with 2 bunk beds.

- A shower room with toilets.

- And of course, on the outside, the superb terrace with a breathtaking view of the see and the Lérins Islands.

**IMPORTANT: For your neighbors' comfort and your own, please no day or night parties are allowed. Pets are not allowed. Smokers are kindly invited to take their cigarette breaks OUTDOORS ONLY.**

**SOME GEOGRAPHY SO YOU KNOW WHERE YOU ARE:**

After just a few short steps outside the building, you will be able to enjoy the following activities, all within less than a three-minute walk (or way more if you want to try to walk on your hands):

- Reach the Mourré Rouge beach (30 seconds away) or the ones along the famous Croisette seafront (3 minutes away) to do some skinny dipping or have a seat at an outdoor cafe and enjoy a cocktail.

- Walk to the sea base of Mouré Rouge (where you can rent all kinds of fun things like small sailboats, paddle boards, sea kayaks, etc...) or the Scuba Diving Center, and try an underwater adventure.

- Pick one of the neighborhood restaurants and enjoy a delicious meal in a calm and warm atmosphere (contact us for the best seafood restaurant, on Place de l'Étang).

- Go get a take out pizza at Jean-Jean's (the small food truck nearby on the plaza).

- Relax on one of the park benches or at one of the outdoor cafes on the Place de l'Étang and watch the Pétanque players enjoy their favorite activity.

- Go admire the kit-surfers performances at the end of the beach (their favorite spot).

And in less than seven minutes by car, you will be able to reach the following points of interests:

- The Palais des Congrès: to take selfies on its steps like the movie stars (don't worry, everyone does that) or just go to work if you are here for a trade show.

- The Cannes train station: where you can board a train for a ride along the spectacular coastal line.

- Use your imagination while discovering the streets in downtown Cannes, but only walking on the odd-numbered sides of the streets.

**And to make your life easier, we have a concierge service for whatever you may need!**

**!! CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT INFORMATION!!**

Check-in and check-out are flexible (like us), except if other guests are arriving and/or departing on the same day as you do, in which case the check-in is no earlier than 4 pm and check-out no later than 11 am (We could not find a way to clone our apartments.)

IMPORTANT: An extra charge of 35 Euros will be required for late arrivals after 8 pm and before midnight. Late arrivals after midnight will be possible only with a key lock box (we need to keep that time for Netflix).
And since your satisfaction is our top priority, do not hesitate to contact us during your stay, we will be happy to help you (except after midnight, during our Netflix time, of course).
