This was a great weekend. The property was easy to find, in a neat neighborhood near a very identifiable clock tower. That made it easy to come back to even in the dark. The apartment is clean and precious, with the bones of a historic building but all the modern appliances and conveniences. I loved the shower with high water pressure. Decorations were tasteful, and the bed surprisingly comfortable.
The only cons, and they were small, were two things. One was noise from the above apartment on Friday afternoon after we first arrived. But we never heard any noise for the rest of the weekend, so it wasn't a huge issue. Second was parking. You do have to park about a block away on a street, and it depends on the available street parking. However, parking is an issue everywhere in the Boston area, so not a deal breaker.
But these were small inconveniences for a great location north of Boston, all the wonderful places, restaurants, and shops you can visit in the area, and a lovely home base to come back to in the evenings. Owners were very responsive via app, and great communicators. Highly recommend.
