This 2nd floor condo has everything you need for your getaway.

Amazing Views from this elevated lot as soon as you put the key in the front door. Mountain and fairway views will have you relaxing on your patio watching the golfers going by heading to the 18th hole. Kitchen has been remodeled with granite countertops and white cabinets and appliances. The 3 bedrooms are spacious and all have spacious closets. Desert Falls has tennis courts, pickleball, and fitness facility as well as many pools.

Overlooking the 18th hole tee from your balcony, and just across the street from the nearest of 25 pools and hot tubs.
This spacious three bedroom two and a half bath condo has plenty of room for your family to spread out. A dual-master floorplan allows privacy for two of the suites, while the third bedroom is better used as a den, guest room, or office.

The master has a king bed, desk, recliner, TV, DVD Player, and DVR cable box, as well as a deep soaking tub and separate glass enclosed shower
The second master has two twin beds that can be pushed together to make a king bed.
Both masters have spacious walk-in closets.

Close to shopping, great restaurants, over 50+ golf courses, theater and music, colleges, casinos, The Living Desert, Knotts Soak City and many other attractions. Renters have free access to tennis, pickle ball, fitness center and restaurant at the beautiful Desert Falls Country Club clubhouse as a guest. Guests may play golf for a reduced fee.

High speed wireless internet, basic cable TV with DVR.

The area is surrounded with excellent shopping. If you are looking for a fabulous vacation that offers golf, tennis, first-class restaurants, exciting nightlife, and hours of relaxation in the beautiful desert sunshine, all while staying in a beautiful condo with a 18 hole championship golf course designed by Ron Frehm and a prestigious gated private country club setting...

No commercial vehicles, vehicles with logos, vans, RVs, oversized vehicles, or trucks with equipment on top, are allowed to park in the community (per HOA rules). Street parking is only allowed for 24 hours before security will start leaving notes followed by fines. Please ONLY park in the driveway (space for 2 cars) or garage (space for 1-2 cars if you give us advance notice)

Mixed review

This is a large unit with good layout and facilities. There were glaring deficiencies when we arrived ( only 2 very small cooking pots, no beach towels, very few hand towels, facecloths and dishcloths, no hangers or hairdryer) but owner quickly tried to remedy this when it was brought to his attention. We have shopped and added several things. The pullout bed in the 3 BRM is double and only king sheets available. The bed in the MBR has a makeshift king mattress and needs attention. Very quiet location and we did have a lovely restful month in this unit.
