In a privileged residential location, the property is situated on a 3000 m² enclosed plot of land planted with holm oaks and other local species, with gentle slopes and terraces.
Close to the centre of the village of Saint-Saturnin-lès-Apt, it has a shaded private parking space with a charging point for electric vehicles. Cyclists will have access to a bicycle room.
The accommodation is on one level (55 m2) with an unobstructed view of the swimming pool and the forest without being overlooked.
It is located on the ground floor of the owners' house and consists of a large living room with a fully equipped American kitchen, a master suite with a queen size bed and a dressing room. It also has a laundry room.
A large bay window gives access to a private terrace equipped with outdoor furniture, in a green setting overlooking the pool. This private pool is usually open in season from May to September (depending on the weather). It is available to our guests only.
The gîte is totally independent, with a separate entrance. You will have free access to all the rooms at your disposal. No room is shared with the owners.
