Floor plans, furniture, design, and artwork may differ slightly, and our units span 1,032-1,151 square feet. Your apartment may look different from the sample photos but will be just as stylish and comfortable!

The Neighborhood:
Your apartment is in the middle of Northeast South Bend, a part of the city that is equal parts leisurely and thriving. Several local and chain restaurants are available less than a mile from your front door as are a number of cultural landmarks such as Morris Performing Arts Center, South Bend Civic Theatre, and South Bend Museum of Art. What’s more, the Potawatomi Zoo, Battell Park, and Studebaker National Museum are all less than a 10-minute drive away.

Getting Around:
There are plenty of options for getting around in this area! You can easily walk to some of the nearby destinations and eateries, or you can take a rideshare around town. If you’re looking for public transportation, there’s a bus stop just across the street, or you can visit the Amtrak South Bend Station, which is just eight minutes from your apartment.
