•Located right off the Parkway in the heart of Pigeon Forge while at the same time maintaining that secluded at home feel!

Other things to note
House rules no smoking or vapor, candles or burn incense inside the house. Only registered guests allowed no gatherings or events. No pets allowed.
Please be considerate of the next door neighbor they are permanent tenants. Please do not leave dirty dishes you can hand wash or use dish washer with soaps pods in the right side faucet. All your trash in out side trash can. We will wash all the towels and linens, all used towels when you leave place them in the laundry closet or in shower, no need to remove bed linens .
When you check out lock all doors, turn off the lights, a/c let us know when you have left. Thank you.

We did have a little problem checking in. We had to contact the owners to get our code to check in and they did not respond for an hour. This is not acceptable and I would suggest anyone that rents to contact the owner the day before you are checking in. The only other thing is the thermostat was locked, you could adjust the temperature but not the mode. This is fall so its warm during the day which requires cool mode and cold at night which requires heat mode. We tried to get it resolved but they insisted it was unlocked which it was not. They did adjust with their phone to the heat mode and we just left it there since we was gone mostly thru the day. I am not bashing them just stating the facts. This was a very clean house and when they did respond eventually. The weekend just started out bad when at 4:00 PM we had no instructions or codes to get into the property. We just assumed we would get it at 4:00 PM since check in was at 4:00 PM.

Excellent location

Excellent location to area attractions. Quiet neighborhood with flat yard. Comfortable beds. Perfect size for small family getaway. Hosts were welcoming and attentive to any needs.
