ENJOY “Beach House” with it’s great ocean views ( Only 300 ft away) while having your morning coffee, enjoying lunch or just hanging out on both of our covered front porches. Watch the sunset from our covered back porch. Our 3200 sq ft home has plenty of room to for everyone to spread out in the Gathering room or separate Den area! It is only a 5 minute walk to the Kure Beach Fishing Pier and all of the town’s Activities (5 restaurants, ice cream bar, game room, golf cart rentals, coffee shop, service station / convenience center and the Kure Beach Ocean front park). It is four blocks from the Joe Eakes park which offers tennis court, basketball court, frisbee golf course, softball field and a play ground for the little ones. The close access to these activities allows you to avoid paid parking in town. .
The Fort Fisher historic battleground & museum is only two miles away with beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean on the left and the Cape Fear river on the right. The Aquarium is only another 1/4 mile from the fort and the ferry to the historic village of Southport is only another mile down the road. Everything is either in walking or biking distance. Pick your preference.

Accommodations:
Our house has a large gathering room with living area, 55” smart tv ( free WiFi & internet 400 mg) dining area and kitchen on the main 2nd floor level. Garage is on ground level.
The laundry room and half bath are on the main 2nd floor level as well. There is a large ocean facing covered porch with both seating & dining areas on this level to enjoy the beautiful sunrises. There is also a covered rear porch ( to enjoy the sunset) with grill and seating area off of the kitchen. This level also consists of the master bedroom suite with a King bed, private bath and sliding door onto the ocean view porch. Last; but not least is the additional den /- game room with a 60” tv and lots of family board games. This room also a table with two chairs and be used as an office if desired.
The upper level has 4 bedrooms with and a large family bedroom with a King bed, sitting area, desk area and an adjoining 5th bedroom room with two twin beds that can be closed off by the sliding Barn Doors and two additional bedrooms ( one with a King and another with a Queen bed). This level has two full bathrooms, ( one has a shower & the 2nd has a combination tub & shower). The open foyer with desk area opens to another covered porch with even more awesome ocean views.

Our house also has a single bay separate garage space for your use that will accommodate your bikes, beach chairs, coolers, etc. There is also an additional full size refrigerator in this area for extra food storage .The driveway will accommodate 5 cars. There is no parking on the street or grass allowed. We provide 10 beach chairs an umbrella and a beach cart for your use. We have a beach access at both ends of our block. The closest is a 3 min walk

We provide sanitized sealed and wrapped linens for each bed and a bath towel, & wash cloth for each of our 10 guests that will be left on the foot of each bed prior to guests arrival ( each bed will already be made with sheet & pillow cases for you convenience). We also provide disposable pillow covers that are replaced when our previous guests depart and sanitize all high touch areas.

Carolina Beach is only two miles away with more commerical and retail activity (shops, restaurants, places to rent beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, surf boards, jet skis, etc. There is even an Amusement Park with lots of rides for the family to enjoy. You can also rent a pontoon boat at the Carolina Beach State Park Marina.

Wilmington is only 20 minutes away with Sam's Club, Costco and all of the other Big Box retailers. Wilmington also has it's own International Airport and Hospital. You'll want to visit their downtown Riverwalk area in the Historic District with carriage rides, walking and dining along the Cape Fear river. Boat excursions on the river are also available.
