Beautiful views of the Makaha Valley mountains and the ocean, on the West coast of Oahu. Here you find ten miles of fabulous beaches, sun and sand, with much less wind and rain than other parts of the island. Waianae is just North of Honolulu, in the peaceful town of Waianae, away from the crowds, amongst friendly locals.

2 bedroom, 1 bath, two queen beds, new memory foam mattresses and linens, air conditioning, fully stocked kitchen, community pool, laundry just two doors down, 24/7 security, 1.3 miles from the beach and on-site parking ($80/ month or $4/day). Have breakfast on the lanai with fabulous views! Plenty of local shopping, dining and big store shopping only 20 minutes away, in Kapolei. High speed wifi, cable TV, Roku and everything you need to have the best vacation ever. The property also has friendly, wild peacocks! Building 1, Unit 703.

Great getaway on leeward side of O’ahu.

Owners were very organized and informative AND were flexible when our plane tickets were pushed to 11pm. Location was what we wanted: away from dense urban areas, but still close enough to easily access. Makaha Beach is a few minutes walk and great swimming, surfing and sunning. Watched humpbacks and dolphins there.

Makaha Valley

This is the 4th time we have stayed in the Towers and the second time for staying at Linda and Marc’s place. Even though the Towers are older , they are very well maintained and taken care of. The grounds, the pool and the barbecue area are also well taken care of and clean. They actually just replaced all the barbecues with new ones. The staff are all helpful and very considerate and the place feels secure. They have strict rules, but that is what makes it feel safe. Marc and Linda are also excellent to deal with and very accommodating and responded right away to any questions or concerns we had. The views from the condo are beautiful and it is the building closet to the ocean so you have the best view I think. It is not the touristy area and there is a fair bit of homeless people , but we never have had any problems. We found if one is respectful and courteous the people are very friendly in return. We’ve enjoyed our stay there every time.

Beautiful Makaha Valley Condo

My partner and I are remote workers, and we used this condo as our home base for the fall (3 month stay). We have lived in Makaha before, so the location was perfect, as expected. The condo has a stunning view of the beautiful Makaha Valley (as well as the ocean), and we loved sitting on the spacious lanai. Air conditioning worked great and was a blessing. Furniture is comfortable and new. Wifi was great. Parking within the condo complex is a bit expensive. Appliances are old but mostly got the job done. We would highly recommend this condo.

Paradise views

The condo is an lovely 2 bedroom, which is a rare find in the Towers. It felt spacious even with 2 couples. It was very clean and bright and very nicely decorated. Kitchen had everything needed for our stay. It was also nice to have beach supplies to use and beach towels. It was really close to the laundry room, which was so convenient. The lock system for entry into condo we all appreciated, was very convenient and easy. The owners were very pleasant and easy to communicate with. Having the lanai big enough to accommodate table and chairs was a huge plus for us as we all loved sitting out there and enjoying the view throughout the day. That being said, that would be my only suggestion, chairs just a bit more comfortable for sitting out there , as it is so beautiful to enjoy. We all enjoyed it very much and the complex felt safe and the staff very friendly. We would definitely stay here again. Mahalo.

We came to Oahu for vacation in 2020, fell in love with the Makaha Valley and decided to buy our condo for future retirement. We want to share our healing experience with others, until we move here permanently. The beach is our favorite place to be!

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

Makaha Valley Towers has meticulously maintained, lovely grounds. The staff here are very helpful and friendly. Security is 24/7 and they patrol the grounds consistently. You can leave beach towels, a cooler and chairs in your car, without worry. You can leave your shoes outside the front door and expect them to be there the next day. You won't be disturbed by loud parties, with the exception of New Years Eve and 4th of July, when the whole coast lights up with fireworks!

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

We like to be near the action sometimes, but not dead center in it all the time, hence the area we chose. We didn't like being in Honolulu; Crowded, noisy and more expensive! The locals in Waianae are friendly, it's not "touristy," or crowded, has plenty of basic shopping and is close enough to major shopping in Kapolei. The West side of the island has less wind and rain than the windward side or the North shore, making the beaches very pleasant. You can easily be at most other parts of the island from Waianae within 1 or 1.5 hours, Kapolei in 30 minutes and Honolulu in 45. Most of all, the views from this condo are absolutely beautiful!
