We offer, in Saint-Valery-sur-Somme, this charming house of a surface of 52 m ² and being able to accomodate until 6 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 23 m², an open fully equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower and you can enjoy a garden of about 30 m². Sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:

On the first floor:
- A living room of 23 m² with TV, a sofa bed and a dining table
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates...
- Two shower room with Italian shower and toilet

On the first floor:
- Bedroom 1: One queen-size bed (160×200)
- Room 2 : Two single beds that can be joined together to make a double bed
- A bathroom with shower and toilet

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, baby bed, plancha, dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outside :
- A beautiful enclosed garden of about 30 m² facing South
- A terrace of about 7m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days

The house is ideally located in Saint-Valery-sur-Somme, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential businesses but also of stores, restaurants, bars, market...

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private numbered parking lot of the house.
