This charming apartment is rated 3*, with a surface area of 70 m² and can accommodate up to 6 travelers. Located on the 2nd floor (with elevator), it comprises an attractive 25 m² living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, three bedrooms and a shower room. For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- Two terraces: a 10 m² south-west-facing terrace facing the sea, where the living room and a double bedroom are located, and a 6 m² north-facing terrace overlooking a green roof (roof of the basement garages + cliff).
- Lounge area on the large terrace.

The apartment is ideally located in Erquy, in a very pleasant environment facing the sea. You'll be close to all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
