For players, the Casino Pleinair is within walking distance. It is Europe's first outdoor casino. You also have easy access to the roads to visit the region: Calanques Park, Cassis, Castellet, Marseille, etc.

The house is spacious and pleasant to live in. The convivial kitchen with its large dining area and equipment (cooking oven, large capacity fridge, pantry, etc.) allows you to cook efficiently for large groups.

The kitchen and living room with zenithal ceiling, offer direct access to the terrace and the heated swimming pool 10X5 with a depth between 1.4m and 1.6m. The commissioning and heating of the pool are from the 1st week of the Easter holidays (French school holidays) until the last week of the All Saints holidays (French school holidays). The pool specialist comes by 1 time a week.
The garden allows children to play, to park bicycles and scooters in the shed provided for this purpose.
The house is equipped with 3 bathrooms, two on the ground floor and a large one upstairs with bath and shower.
A laundry area is located on the ground floor with washing machine and dryer.
The 5 bedrooms are all equipped with recent quality bedding. They can be installed on request with 2 separate single beds or grouped into a double bed. Each bedroom is equipped with dressing room furniture, air conditioning and a double glass door bringing a beautiful luminosity. The one on the ground floor gives access to the garden and the 4 on the first floor to the solarium terrace.

We provide you with 3 secure parking spaces inside the house. It is possible to park for free on the street.
The house is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
The house cannot be rented out for parties or events.

Check-in times: 4pm-7pm, check-out time: 9am-11am. During the summer period, the agency will define the time of availability of the property and departure in these slots according to the schedule of the maintenance and reception teams.

La ciotat
La Ciotat is famous for its old port, and the old town which can be walked quietly along small streets full of charm, and free of all traffic, the center being pedestrianized. We pass in front of houses whose construction dates from the fifteenth to the nineteenth century. The tangle of streets and alleys leads to many squares, such as the Place Sadi Carnot and its refreshing fountain near which you can stop for a drink.
You can also take advantage of the new quays of the old port, which were completely renovated in 2019. The markets and terraces are all invitations to enjoy the rhythm of the products, dishes and the Mediterranean climate.
You will be able to easily enjoy La Ciotat and its unique environment with its jagged and spectacular coastline, its bay nicknamed "THE GULF OF LOVE" but also its hinterland: Calanques Park, Calanque de Figuerolles, Mugel Park and Calanque, the Green Island, the beaches, Castellet circuit, ...
On or underwater, on land or in the air, the choice of activities is wide: diving, sailing, kayaking, hiking or simply relaxing to enjoy the omnipresent sun.
You can also get back in your car and set off at your leisure to discover the AOC vineyards of Cassis or Bandol, visit the Calanques by boat, opt for a golf course, go hiking in the Castellet massifs or in the Calanques reserve, discover the golden islands, Marseille, Aix en Provence, ...

You will enjoy all the amenities nearby. The Ombelles bus stop is 200m away and gives access to lines 20 and 21. The motorway access is 2km away as is the port. The SNCF train station is 3.1 km away and also accessible directly by the voie douce which is 500m from the house.
