Amazing

Love this property, and management actually called me to check to make sure everything was great! Pics of this cabin do not do it justice…. We had so much fun with the games upstairs and hot tub!!!! 15/10 would recommend.

Awesome place

beautiful fun place - everything we needed, except for bath towels. Property manage rsaid they would bring some, however, never did. Other than that minor issue, everything was awesome.

Hopefully this was a fluke

The hot tub looked like a diaper exploded in it, dishes were dirty, no wash clothes, no towels, trash out side was completely full, all kinds of trash/ clothes left under bed(upstairs) and rugs needed vacuumed. Everything was sticky. I have used VRBO multiple times (over 10) this is probably the worst experience I have ever had. It was a good location, not far from attractions. Cabin had lots of amenities. I was called the day before we left to go to this cabin and was told the hot tub didn’t work. So we asked if we could have a different one and was told we would have to upgrade if we wanted that. They told us if we cancelled with 7 days we would be responsible for the full cost. (No 7 day window for us) Upon arrival we found out the hot tub was replaced and did work. But then after my kids went to get in I looked and seen what seemed to be either a tampon or diaper had exploded and was stuck around the inlet for the jets. They did send a service tech out who was there finally after calling 3 times.(over 5 hours later) Tech arrived after 830 and left after 1015. (One night wasted) He was actually a really good guy and did a great job. All in all I would say this experience leaves little to be desired. I hope I can leave some pictures of this place.

Daniels’ Amazing stay at Eagles Nest!

PERFECT! Everything was amazing! Space was more than adequate. Rooms were spacious! Bedroom downstairs was huge and bed was so comfortable! Kitchen was stocked with ample cookware and dishes! Balconies were furnished with ample and comfortable seats and even a table to dine at! The hot tub was enjoyed daily! The bathrooms were very spacious and with 7 showers taken, we never ran low on hot water! And, saving the best for last, that loft… Our grands were squealing with excitement and joy! They loved ALL the game options! The fooseball, the pool table, the ice hockey and the arcade machine!!! They had a blast! They continually told us it was the best vacation ever! The only things, very minor, that could have been improved… The fridge having an ice maker but I kept freezing the tray of ice and chilled the drinks. A couple bowls with lids but I cooked a lot and there were 7 of us and it could have been a tad cleaner. But we give it a 12 out of 10! We will definitely stay at the Eagles Nest again!
